How to reach out to Revolut's in-app support

We’re committed to keeping your money and data safe. And when you have a question, you should be able to get in touch easily.

That’s why you can reach the Revolut Support team via the secure chat, built directly into the Revolut app. Access fast, personalised help in 100+ languages. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Revolut app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the app's home screen
  3. Select Help — here you can scroll through FAQs to see if your answer is there
  4. If you need to reach us directly, tap the support button at the bottom of the screen to start a chat with us

Is Revolut customer service 24/7?

Yes — our in-app support chat is available around the clock. We're talking 24/7, 365 days a year.

The Revolut Help Centre is your go-to resource for commonly asked questions, guides, and step-by-step instructions. It covers everything from card orders to account security.

You can search by keyword, browse popular topics, or follow links straight from the app when you need extra support.

Is there a Revolut contact number?

We don’t offer a contact number or phone support for most customer service needs. This helps reduce phone fraud attempts, and keeps our support fast and secure.

By keeping our customer support within the app wherever possible, you'll always know when you're talking to us.

In the UK and Ireland, customers on Premium, Metal, and Ultra plans have access to in-app calling, which can be found inside the support chat.

Is Revolut calling me?

Revolut will never call you out of the blue, and we won't call you outside of the app unless we've already arranged to do so via our in-app chat.

You can check if a Revolut caller is legitimate by heading to the app. You'll see a banner at the top of your screen confirming if the call is from Revolut — if it isn't, you can tap the banner to see how to protect yourself.

This feature is already active for all Revolut customers with an iOS device. Android users will need to proactively authorise the feature from the Security Hub.

Can I email Revolut?

If you’re having trouble logging in to the app and can’t access the chat, you can contact us at support@ravolut.com. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
