What is this promotion about?

What: the opportunity to receive two months’ free Perplexity Pro subscription trial (the Subscription Offer).
Who: existing Revolut Standard customers who have opted in to marketing communications in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Iceland, Norway, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Switzerland and Liechtenstein (the Markets).
When: you must complete the required steps below between 4 December 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 4 February 2026 (23:59 UTC) (the Promotion Period).

These terms and conditions (the Terms) and the information in the promotion Invite set out how this promotion works. You must comply with these Terms and the Personal Terms of your Revolut Personal account to participate in this promotion.

Eligibility and Required Steps

To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

be a Revolut Standard customer in one of the Markets;
be at least 18 years old;
not currently have or previously have had any paid subscription of Perplexity or any free trial of those subscriptions; and
have received an invitation to participate in this promotion via email or a push notification (the Promotion Invite).

The required steps are:

Click on the unique promotion link provided in the Promotion Invite which will redirect you to a ‘Perk Page’ in the Revolut app.
Follow the instructions as they appear in the ‘Perk Page’ to redeem your subscription:

Tap the button ‘Copy code and redeem’ to visit Perplexity Pro’s activation page;
Your individual promotion code will automatically be applied on the activation page; and
Fill in the requested details and access your Perplexity Pro subscription.

Details about the Subscription Offer

At the end of the free trial period, your Perplexity Pro subscription will automatically be downgraded to a free Perplexity account.

The Subscription Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products with Revolut or Perplexity.

The Partner	Perplexity in these Terms refers to Perplexity AI, Inc.
Promotion abuse or misuse	We may suspend, change or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if there are reasonable grounds to believe that it is being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. Still think you’re owed the Subscription Offer? Contact Support in the Revolut app.
Changes or early end	If that happens, we will give you notice through the Revolut App and/or via email. Any changes to these Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the promotion, except if they’re due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control and make it impossible to continue the promotion.
Fraud or rule-breaking	If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these Terms and conditions, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may cancel the Subscription Offer before it ends.
Revolut account closed or restricted	To receive the Subscription Offer, you must have an active Revolut Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Subscription Offer.
Perplexity account closed or restricted	Customers with a Perplexity account that is suspended or closed are not eligible to redeem the Subscription Offer.
Data & Privacy	We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account. Perplexity may also collect personal data or send marketing to you in connection with this promotion. See Perplexity's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data and contact them to manage your marketing preferences.
Perplexity Terms and Conditions	The Subscription Offer is subject to the Perplexity Subscription Terms and Conditions and Perplexity User Terms of Service.
Revolut liability	You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of Perplexity –which is not provided by Revolut– is entirely at your own risk. We won’t be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of Perplexity, including but not limited to, data loss, service interruption, or technical malfunction. Your use of Perplexity is governed exclusively by the separate terms and conditions, privacy policies, and liability clauses provided by Perplexity. Revolut is not a party to that agreement.
Exclusions	Employees, directors, agents, contractors and affiliates of Revolut group entities are not eligible for this promotion.
Language	These Terms are published in English and may be translated to other languages. Please refer to the table below to find out which language applies and is legally binding, depending on the entity that provides your Revolut Personal account.

This promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity which provides you with your Revolut Personal account. You can see the registered addresses of these Revolut group entities, the law which applies to these Terms, the binding language of these Terms, and the courts which have jurisdiction over any dispute between you and Revolut in relation to this promotion. You can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
