Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Revolut Australia General Partner Premium Subscription Fee Waiver and Cash Award Promotion (the “Promotion”), offered by Revolut Payments Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 21 634 823 180) (“Revolut”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and the participating affiliate partner (the “Partner”).
The terms and conditions of the Promotion are set out below. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the other terms and conditions that apply to you as a customer of Revolut, including the Personal Terms, Fees and Charges Section and the Paid Plan Terms.
Promotion Period
The Promotion starts at 10:00am AEST and ends at 11:59pm AEST on the dates set out on the Revolut landing page for the Promotion (the “Promotion Period”).
What is the Promotion?
The Promotion is an opportunity for new customers to:
- open a Revolut Personal Account and receive a one-time cash award (“Cash Award”) after completing a minimum spend; and
- have their Premium Plan subscription fee waived for the period set out on the landing page when they sign up for a Revolut Premium subscription (“Premium Subscription Offer”).
The Cash Award is an award in the form of a top-up that you can use for any physical or virtual Revolut card payments. In order to receive the Cash Award you must sign up to Revolut through a unique link from the participating partner about the Promotion (the "Partner"). The Cash Award amount will be set out on the Revolut landing page when you click on the unique link for the Promotion. It will also be set out on the Partner's website - if they have one.
The Revolut Premium subscription plans have a contract term of 12 months. This means that after the Premium Subscription Offer period, you will have to pay the normal subscription fee as set out in the Subscription Fees Table below for the remaining months.

Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?
In order to participate in the Promotion you must be an Eligible Customer of Revolut. An “Eligible Customer” is defined as a customer that has:
- is a new Revolut Personal customer. If you are currently a Revolut customer, or have been a customer or started the sign-up process in the past, you are not eligible to participate in the Promotion;
- has received a link from the Partner about the Promotion or seen the Promotion marketed by the Partner; and
- follows the steps outlined in the section below (“What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?”).
What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?
To take part in the Promotion, you must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
- click the unique Revolut link made available by the Partner for the Promotion on their mobile app, website, social media or as contained in a QR code from the Partner;
- this link will redirect you to the specific Revolut landing page for the Promotion where you will need to provide your phone number. The landing page will also set out the important details in relation to the Promotion, including the Cash Award amount, the Premium Subscription Offer available to you and any additional terms;
- enter your telephone number on the Partner specific Revolut landing page;
- follow the instructions to download the Revolut app;
- pass Revolut’s ‘Know Your Customer’ checks and onboard successfully without any restrictions on your account before the end of the Promotional Period.
Once the above steps have been completed:
- to obtain the Cash Award, you must complete a minimum spend of $15 within the time periods outlined to you (whether on the landing page or elsewhere); and
- to receive the Premium Subscription Offer, you must claim the offer when prompted.
If you follow all of the steps outlined above, you may receive both the Cash Award and Premium Subscription Offer under this Promotion. You may also receive one offer but not the other, or neither, if you fail to complete the relevant steps.
When do I receive my Cash Award?
Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and successfully completing the steps to receive the Cash Award within the Promotion Period, the Cash Award will be automatically credited to your new Revolut account within 10 days of the required Revolut Card transaction(s) being made.
What happens if I cancel my paid subscription after claiming my Premium Subscription Offer?
If you claim the Premium Subscription Offer by following the steps above and thereafter cancel or downgrade your Revolut Premium subscription, the fees set out in the Cancellation Fees Table below will apply.
Please be aware that if you order a Revolut Card during your Premium Subscription Offer period and then cancel your subscription plan before your Premium Subscription Offer period ends, you will be charged card fees. For this reason, we recommend only ordering a physical Revolut Card after you decide to keep the plan for the full 12 month term.
Further, we won’t refund amounts already paid. For example, if you order additional Revolut Cards beyond your plan’s card allowance you will not receive a refund.
After the Premium Subscription Offer period ends, by default you will remain on the Revolut Premium subscription plan (payable monthly) unless you tell us otherwise, and normal subscription fees set out in the Subscription Fees Table below will apply.

What else should I know?
Revolut reserves the right to change, modify and/or supplement these Terms from time to time if necessary to protect our legitimate interests. If we exercise this right in a way that is detrimental to you in your capacity as an Eligible Customer, we will provide you with: a) reasonable notice where possible; and b) if applicable, the opportunity to close or downgrade your Revolut account at no cost. Please contact Customer Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination.
Events beyond the control of Revolut may occur that render the awarding of the Premium Subscription Offer impossible. Accordingly, Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
Revolut is not responsible for any marketing sent directly by the Partner to its existing customers. If you do not wish to receive marketing from the Partner you must manage your marketing preferences with the Partner.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms can be dealt with by the Courts of the State of Victoria.
