Fee waiver on First Card Transfer

What is this Promotion about?

As part of the Revolut Card Transfer Fee Waiver Promotion (the "Promotion”), Revolut is offering existing Personal customers residing in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland (together - the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to send one card transfer up to the Eligible Amount, listed below, without a fee. Only the card transfer fee itself will be waived - any other fees related to the exchange component of the payment like a fair usage fee for FX and/or the exchange fee will still be applied.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. When participating in this Promotion, you must comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as:

• the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account; and
• the Fees Page relevant to your Revolut Personal account, where applicable.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 7th July 2025 00:00 CET 2025 and 7th September 2025 23:59 CET. We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

• be an active Revolut Personal customer with no restrictions on your account;
• have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• have received a notification via in-app message (tiles) inviting you to participate in the Promotion; and
• have never sent a transfer to a card within the Revolut Retail app;
• have signed up to the Revolut Retail app in the last 365 days.

How do I get the fee waiver?

If you meet the requirements above, you will automatically be able to send a transfer to a card up to the Eligible Amount without paying a fee for the card transfer.

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice through the Revolut app. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
3. We reserve the right to apply any fee you should have paid during the Promotion Period if you participate in the Promotion fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut account , or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms. In this case, you agree to be charged a fee for each card transfer you have sent.
4. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception).
5. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted, you will lose your entitlement to the fee waiver.
6. Events beyond the control of Revolut may also occur that prevent us from being able to offer you the fee waiver. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
7. Employees, directors, agents, contractors and any affiliates of any Revolut group entities are not eligible for this Promotion.
8. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
9. These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only, unless, in accordance with local law, the local language shall prevail. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.
10. If you are a resident of Hungary: by participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is entirely your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut Group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with this entity. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, the prevailing language and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
