What is this Promotion about?

What: receive a cash award of 20 EUR 100 RON, 150 DKK, 250 SEK or 250 NOK, depending on the currency of your newly opened Revolut Personal account (the Welcome Bonus).
Who: new Revolut Personal customers residing in Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland (the Markets).
When: the promotion will run between 23 January 2026 (00:00 UTC) and 31 December 2026 (23:59 UTC) (the Promotion Period).

These terms and conditions set out how this promotion works (the Promotion Terms). You must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Personal terms of your new Revolut Personal account to participate in this promotion.

To participate in this promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the Required Steps below before the end of the Promotion Period.

Eligibility and required steps

To be considered an Eligible Participant for this promotion, you must:

have a registered address in a Market,
not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut Group entity, and
be eligible to open a Revolut Personal account.

The Required Steps are:

click on the promotion’s unique link provided by Manchester City FC Ltd. This unique link will redirect you to Revolut’s website where you will need to provide your phone number in order to be directed to the sign up flow to open a Revolut Personal account.
successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the promotion unique link. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you won’t be eligible to participate in this promotion.
make your first debit card payment (of a minimum amount of 20 EUR, 20 CHF, 100 RON, 150 DKK, 250 SEK or 250 NOK, depending on the base currency of your newly opened Revolut Personal account) within 90 business days of opening your Revolut Personal account. Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to other payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets are not genuine transactions).

When do I get my Welcome Bonus?

If you are an Eligible Participant, the Revolut Group entity that provides you with your Personal account will credit the Welcome Bonus to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days after you complete the Required Steps.

The Welcome Bonus is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at Revolut's discretion at any time. Revolut reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the Welcome Bonus if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of the offer, or any breach of these Promotion Terms.

Promotion abuse or misuse	We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if we believe that it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We will not be liable for any loss if we do so, unless we act with fault or gross negligence. Any issues? Contact Support in the Revolut app.
Changes or early end	If that happens, we’ll tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push, in-app). Where possible, we will give notice through the app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it.
Fraud or rule-breaking	If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these Promotion Terms, or participate fraudulently, we may reverse any Welcome Bonus credited to your account. By proceeding, you authorise in advance any such reversal.
Account closed or restricted	To receive the Welcome Bonus, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Welcome Bonus.
Taxes	It is your responsibility to pay any tax that might apply. Revolut is not responsible for your tax obligations related to this promotion.
Data & Privacy	We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice. Manchester City FC Ltd may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Manchester City FC Ltd's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Manchester City FC Ltd will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Manchester City FC Ltd you must manage your marketing preferences with Manchester City FC Ltd directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
Language	The Promotion Terms are published in English and may be translated to other languages. Please refer to the table below to find out which language applies and is legally binding, depending on the entity that provides your personal account.

This promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this promotion. You can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
