What is this promotion about?
As part of the Revolut x Primavera Tours Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering Prospective and Existing Personal customers residing in Spain (the “EligibleMarket”) the opportunity to benefit from one of the following offers in collaboration with Primavera Sound (the “Partner”):
- receive 7% discount when purchasing a ticket for any Primavera Tours concerts in 2025 and 2026, from the start of the Promotion Period (the “Discount Offer”); or
- If you are a new costumer, receive a 20 EUR Welcome Bonus (“Welcome Bonus”).
Please note: You are only eligible for one of the offers, not both. The specific offer you receive depends on the promotion presented to you on Primavera Sound's channels at the time you sign up.
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 5 November 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 31 December 2026 (00:00 UTC). We call this the “Promotion Period”.
Please be aware that if the Discount Offer is no longer available, we will give you notice in the same way the Promotion was announced.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:
- have a residential address in Spain ;
- be at least 18 years of age;
- if you are a new Personal customer, not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut Group entity;
- if you are an existing Personal customer, have an active Personal account without restrictions; and
- complete the relevant Required Steps listed below.
Required Steps:
If you are a new Revolut costumer, you must complete the following required steps before the end of the Promotion Period:
- Sign up by entering your phone number through the dedicated landing page, which you can access through the Primavera Sound channels;
- Follow the steps in-app to successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time;
- Top up your newly opened Revolut Personal account; and
- Use your virtual or physical card to make a purchase of at least €20 before 31 December 2026.
What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?
For the Discount Offer:
- Eligible customers who purchase a ticket for the above Primavera Sound Tours with a Revolut active card or account will automatically receive a 7% discount on the final purchase price.
- This Offer is limited to one 7% discount only for a maximum of 1 ticket per concert and does not guarantee availability of tickets (tickets will be made available on a first come, first served basis).
For the Welcome Bonus:
- If you are an Eligible Participant and complete the Required Steps, once you have spent the minimum amount of €20 using your virtual or physical Revolut card, the Welcome bonus will be credited to your Revolut account within 5 business days.
What other legal information should I know?
- Primavera Sound Tours 2026 in these Promotion Terms refers to Primavera Sound, S.L., company number B61978987
- We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through the app and/or email. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
- The Primavera Sound terms and conditions will apply to you when purchasing tickets on their website. On the expiry of your offer, your offer will be terminated. Please ensure you are aware of Primavera Sound terms and conditions and any charges that are applicable to your offer. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to the festival tickets provided by Primavera Sound. You must contact Primavera Sound directly in relation to this.
- Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Primavera Sound may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Primavera Sound's privacy police for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Primavera Sound will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Primavera Sound you must manage your marketing preferences with Primavera Sound directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
- These Promotion Terms are published in Spanish and English. The prevailing language will be Spanish.
- The Laws and Courts with jurisdiction in order to deal with claims issued with regards to these Promotion T&Cs are the Spanish Laws and Courts as established in your Personal Terms.
