What is this Promotion about?
Revolut is offering prospective new Personal customers on any subscription plan residing in Spain, the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x La Velada del Año V 2025 Pre-sale Promotion (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion allows Eligible Participants:
- to get exclusive access to the 24h pre-sale ticket lines for La Velada del Año V 2025 (“Pre-Sale Ticket Access”) before the general ticketing goes live, which will be announced through La Velada del Año V channels and defined in the Landing Page; and
- to sign up to Revolut for the first time and receive EUR 20 credited to their account (the “New Customer Offer”) when spending minimum EUR 20.
To take part in this Promotion, you must complete the steps set out in “What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?” before the end of the Promotion Period (as set on the promotion landing page).
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
To be considered an Eligible Participant for this Promotion you must:
- have a residential address in Spain; and
- be at least 18 years of age.
How do I earn the New Customer Offer?
Prospective new Personal customers wanting to earn the New Customer Offer must complete the following steps.
- Click on the Promotion unique link provided on the La Velada del Año V website, app, or social media, and as provided by La Velada del Año V affiliates primarily through banners on their websites, or on any other marketing promotion (including influencers social media channels);
- Successfully open a Revolut Personal account through that link; and
- Complete a first genuine card transaction of at least EUR 20 (or currency equivalent).
All of these steps must be completed during the Promotion Period.
You must use the unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up to Revolut. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part.
Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be genuine).
The Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account will credit EUR 20 to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days of the required card payment successfully completing.
How do I get exclusive Pre-Sale Ticket Access to buy La Velada del Año V tickets?
Eligible Participants will be able to access the exclusive pre-sale through La Velada del Año V ticketing page managed by Eventim.
This Promotion gives you access to buy pre-sale tickets (subject to ticket availability and on a first come, first served basis) but you’ll need to cover the cost of any ticket/s you buy and the cost of attending the event yourself. The number of tickets that can be purchased by a single customer will be capped, and indicated on the dedicated Eventim webpage.
What other legal information should I know?
1. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB, Sucursal en España, con NIF W01250845E, debidamente inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Madrid Tomo 44863, Folio 1, Sección 8, Hoja M-789831 y en el Banco de España con el número 1583. 2. “La Velada del Año V” in these Promotion Terms refers to KOSMOS TALENT, S.L.U, (“KOSMOS”).
3. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer Pre-Sale Ticket Access with the La Velada del Año V or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
4. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will try to give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
5. We may decide not to grant you Pre-Sale Ticket Access if any of the following applies before we are due to send you the private digital link:
- your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
- you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
- you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
6. We may not award you or may reverse the New Customer Offer (we will consider the reversal to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you) if any of the following applies:
- the relevant card payment was unsuccessful and/or was cancelled or reverted;
- your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
- you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
- you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
7. Please ensure you are aware of the Terms of Use of the Eventim platform. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to these partners.
8. La Velada del Año V Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an Eligible Participant who purchases a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the purchase of ticket/s through the Pre-Sale Ticket Access and/or participation in this Promotion.
9. Please note that any payment under this Promotion is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such payments, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount received, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding on account practiced. The total amount of the payment will be the amount communicated in the promotion invitation received in the app plus the amount of tax that we are obliged to withhold. A 19% income tax withholding is made on this amount, which results in the net amount paid.
10. These Promotion Terms are published in Spanish. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the Spanish language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail.
11. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice. When you are redirected to Eventim landing page, their Privacy Policy applies.
12. Spanish legislation will apply to these Promotion Terms and any claim will be dealt with by Spanish Courts.
