What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering prospective new and existing Personal customers on any Personal account plan residing in Spain the opportunity to be entered into a draw for a chance to receive, the same amount of the points scored in the Punching Machine in euros topped up into your account, in the event you become the winner of the Punching Machine Challenge. We call this the “Prize”.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the Required Steps set out in these Promotion Terms between the 26th July 2025 00:00 CEST time and 27th July 2025 03:00 CEST time. We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for the Promotion?

The “Eligible Participant” are:

  • have a residential address in Spain;
  • be an active Revolut Personal customer with no restrictions on your account;
  • be at least 18 years of age.

If you are opening your account during the Promotion Period, you must also complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

  • successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time;
  • make a first genuine card transaction of at least EUR 20.

Your card transactions can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be genuine).


How do I enter the promotion?

  1. Head to the Revolut activation area on the main floor of the event at La Cartuja Stadium. You’ll recognize it by the Punching Machine.
  2. Join the queue to participate.
  3. When it’s your turn, our brand ambassadors will explain how the Punching Machine challenge works.
  4. To take part, you must be a Revolut customer. If you're not, our brand ambassadors will assist you with signing up.
  5. You can boost your score in two ways:
  • Not a Revolut customer? Sign up using the link provided by our ambassadors, activate your account, and receive a 2x multiplier on your score.
  • Already a Revolut customer but not on a paid plan? Upgrade to Premium using the link shared by our ambassadors to get a 1.5x multiplier.

6. Share your RevTag so we can track your score and contact you if you win.

7. Once all steps are completed with the ambassadors, you’ll be able to punch the machine and receive your score. Any eligible multipliers will be applied automatically.

8. Your final score will be entered into the competition. If it’s the highest by the end of the Promotional Period, we’ll get in touch to let you know you’ve won.


How does the cash reward draw work?

Following the end date of the Promotion Period, all Eligible Participants who have completed the Required Steps will be entered into the draw.

Within 2 business days from the end date of the Promotion Period, the winner will be notified by email and the Revolut group entity that provides them with their Personal account will credit the Prize to the main balance of their Revolut Personal account.

What other legal information should I know?

  1. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB, Sucursal en España, with tax ID W0250845E, duly registered with the Commercial Registry in Madrid under Volume 44863, Sheet 1, Section 8, Page M-789831 and with the Bank of Spain under number 1583. Its address is at Príncipe de Vergara 134, 4 planta, 28002, Madrid (Spain).
  2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
  3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through an email, a push notification, an in-app Inbox message or a notification on the home screen tile. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
  4. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
  5. Revolut will not be liable for any personal injury of any kind, direct or indirect suffered while participating in this Promotion.
  6. We reserve the right to reverse the Prize awarded to you if the payment is refunded to you, you earned the Prize fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Prize, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms. We will consider the reversal of the Prize to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you.
  7. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with the Price, you will lose your entitlement to the Prize.
  8. Employees, directors, agents, contractors and any affiliates of any Revolut group of entities are not eligible for this Promotion.
  9. Please note that any payment under this Promotion is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such payments, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount received, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding on account practiced. The total amount of the payment will be the amount of the Prize plus the amount of tax that we are obliged to withhold. A 19% income tax withholding is made on this amount, which results in the net amount paid.
  10. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
  11. These Promotion Terms are published in Spanish. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the Spanish language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail.
  12. The Spanish law applies to these Promotion Terms and the Courts and tribunals of Spain have jurisdiction over any claim regarding them.
