SZIGET X REVOLUT ON-SITE PROMOTION

What is the Promotion about?

As part of the Sziget x Revolut on-site promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering prospective new and existing Revolut Personal customers residing in the selected markets (the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to participate in the on-site promotion (the “Offer”) during the Sziget Music Festival (the “Partner”) which will take place Május 9. park, Budapest, Hungary, 1033 (the “Festival area”) and win one of the rewards from the Reward list described below (the “Reward”). The specific information relevant for this Offer will be specified on the Promotion landing page which you can access via the QR code, link provided by our Partner, notification via email, in-app message or a push notification inviting you to participate in the Promotion (the “Promotion Landing Page”). The Promotion Landing Page will specify:

• The Eligible Markets;
• The time period during which you can participate in this Promotion and claim your Reward (the “Promotion Period”);
• The offer you can access in the course of this Promotion.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.

Who is eligible for the Promotion?

The “Eligibility Criteria” are:

• live at a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• possess a Sziget Music Festival pass and enter into the Revolut space within the Festival area;
• be at least 18 years of age.

You will also need to complete the following required steps (the “Required Steps”) before the end of the Promotion Period.

How does it work?

You enter a PIN code in the Revolut Vaults arcade game. You can either:

1) Create your own PIN code and type it in the Revolut Vaults arcade game, or

2) Type in one of the PIN codes shared on the Revolut social media channels, on the Partner social media channels, on our partnered influencers channels, via direct marketing communications from Revolut or Partner, via our Brand Ambassadors, via the Revolut Stage screens or the communication at the Revolut booth.

A) if you win, you will receive a Reward from the Reward list,

B) If not, you will receive a Revolut card with 20€ for the non-Revolut customer or a free drink voucher for new and existing customers.

3) The PIN code can be used only once.

You must successfully complete the steps by the end of the Promotion Period in order to receive the Offer.

How do I get my Offer?

Eligible Participants that complete the Required Steps during the Promotion Period will have the chance to win one of the following Rewards from the Reward list:

• 1x year of Ultra plan membership
• 1,000€ voucher for Sziget webshop
• 2x VIP 3-day pass (incl. +1) to the Sziget Music Festival 2024
• 2x 6-day pass (incl. +1) to the Sziget Music Festival 2025
• Backstage tour
• Merchandise

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend, extend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date of the Promotion Period if, in our reasonable opinion, it is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. The 1,000€ voucher for the Sziget webshop cannot be exchanged for money. If the value of the purchase in Sziget webshop is lower than 1,000€, the difference will be lost, and the winner is not allowed to claim the difference. The voucher must be spent on one purchase.
3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice in the same way we announced this Promotion. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
4. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
5. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.
6. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Sziget Music Festival may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Sziget Music Festival's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Sziget Music Festival will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Sziget Music Festival you must manage your marketing preferences with Sziget Music Festival directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
7. These Promotion Terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these Promotion Terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language version will prevail.
8. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them.
