Revolut x Avios: RevPoints for Miles

We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. Neither Revolut nor the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programmes are liable for any loss if we do so, unless we act with fault or gross negligence.

If that happens, we’ll tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push, in-app). Where possible, we will give notice through the app and/or email.

Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it.

If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these terms, the RevPoints Terms or participate fraudulently, the partner may reverse any Bonus Avios credited to your account. By proceeding, you authorise in advance any such reversal.

To receive the Bonus Avios, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Bonus Avios.

You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Bonus Avios. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the promotion.

If you are a resident of Spain, any Bonus Avios is subject to Personal Income Tax. We are legally required to withhold 19% tax from your Bonus Avios before giving it to you.

For your tax return, you must declare the Bonus Avios’ total value (the advertised Bonus Avios plus the 19% we withheld). You can then deduct the withheld amount from your tax liability.

We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice. The Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme’s privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. The Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme may also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme you must manage your marketing preferences with the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.

Any Avios and Bonus Avios you receive as part of this promotion under your Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme account will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme. Please pay attention to expiration dates for your Avios (if applicable). Your redemption of RevPoints cannot be reversed. Taxes, government-imposed fees, and any applicable charges may apply on all Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme Avios redemptions and upgrades, subject to their terms and conditions. Individual restrictions under the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme terms and conditions may apply.
