Terms and Conditions: Yatra E-Gift Voucher Offer

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the offer of a Yatra E-Gift voucher (EGV) by Revolut Payments India Private Limited ("Revolut") to its eligible customers who subscribe to the Metal plan. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


Yatra E-gift Vouchers are issued by Yatra Online Limited (“Yatra”), and may be redeemed on Yatra’s website at www.yatra.com or any other website/app as may be decided by Yatra.


Eligibility

This offer is open to Revolut customers in India who have an active Revolut account and are subscribed to the Revolut Metal Plan.


Offer Details

Eligible Revolut customers who avail the Yatra EGV, would be given a unique EGV number which can be redeemed for booking domestic hotels.


Validity

The validity of the Yatra EGV will be three months from the date of issuance of the EGV.


Code Distribution

The EGV code will be provided to eligible customers through a communication channel determined by Revolut, which may include email or in-app notification.


How to Redeem

To redeem the Yatra E-Gift voucher:

  • Choose your desired hotel and complete the required details until you reach the payment page.
  • On the payment page, select "Gift Voucher" as your payment method.
  • Enter your unique EGV number.
  • Click the "Redeem Gift Card" option and then pay any remaining balance using any other payment method.
  • The EGV code must be redeemed within the validity period specified above, which is three months from the date of issuance.
  • The EGV can be used only on the Yatra website or Yatra mobile application and not on mobile web.
  • Yatra may change the process for the redemption of E-Gift Vouchers (EGVs) from time to time. The customer is solely responsible for checking Yatra's latest instructions, Terms & Conditions, and any other relevant policies concerning EGV redemption on the Yatra website (www.yatra.com) or any other platform as decided by Yatra.


Yatra E-Gift voucher Terms

  • The Yatra EGV, its features, benefits, and usage, will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Yatra EGV, as published by Yatra Online Limited ("Yatra").
  • Revolut is not responsible for the provision or quality of the Yatra EGV or any services provided by Yatra.
  • The EGV can be used only for one time transaction only.
  • The EGV is non-cumulative in nature whereby two or more vouchers cannot be clubbed together for redemption. The EGV cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cashback/promotion run by Yatra.com.
  • Applicable fees (convenience, processing, excess tour cost, government taxes) are due at booking if the package cost exceeds the EGV value.
  • No change or cash can be taken in place of the EGV.
  • If purchase is less than the EGV value, discount is capped at purchase value. The remaining amount in the EGV is forfeited, and the customer pays Re. 1.
  • If purchase value exceeds the EGV value, the balance amount can be paid via other listed payment methods.
  • Booking confirmation depends on availability and Yatra.com's standard terms.
  • If you have applied the code and then you cancel the hotel booking, EGV would not get refunded
  • If you downgrade to standard and upgrade back to metal, a new code will not be assigned to the user. This is a one time code assigned when you first time upgrade to metal

Important Disclaimers

  • This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by Revolut at any time without prior notice.
  • Each eligible customer is entitled to one EGV for each Revolut Metal plan subscription during the offer period.
  • Revolut reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this offer if it suspects any fraudulent activity or misuse of the offer.
  • Revolut will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with this offer.
  • Any disputes related to the Yatra EGV or services should be directed to Yatra.


Data Privacy

By participating in this offer, you agree that Revolut may share necessary information with Yatra for the purpose of fulfilling this offer, in accordance with Revolut's Customer Privacy Notice.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
