What is the promotion about?
Revolut is offering its prospective Business customers based in Italy, Spain and Portugal (together, the “Eligible Markets”), the opportunity to sign up for a Revolut Business account for the first time using a communication from us or a link provided by an affiliated Revolut partner, such as a Youtuber or Instagrammer (each, a “Partner”), and receive a 200 € welcome bonus (the “Welcome Bonus”) in their new Revolut Business account (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion will run from 2 of January 2026 to 31 of December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
To receive the Welcome Bonus, you must meet the Eligibility Criteria before the end of the Promotion Period.
These Promotion Terms set out the rules that apply to this Promotion (the “Promotion Terms”), and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Business account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?
The “Eligibility Criteria” are:
- have a registered address in an Eligible Market;
- Not have or have previously held a Revolut Business account with any Revolut group entity; and
- receive a communication from us or our Partner, inviting you to access this Promotion.
You must also complete the following steps:
- Click on a Partner’s unique Promotion link (this will be provided on a Partner’s platform, for example, Instagram or Youtube) or on the unique Promotion link you receive in a communication from us, which will direct you to the Landing Page;
- Follow the steps for opening, for the first, a Revolut Business account for your entity;
- Successfully complete the required Know Your Customer("KYC") and Know Your Business ("KYB") checks; and
- Top up the account by, at least, 0.01€
You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Business account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.
How do I get the Welcome Bonus?
Eligible Participants can claim their Welcome Bonus during the Promotion Period by completing the steps mentioned above.
The Promotion Period will also be displayed in the app, and you will be notified as the end date approaches.
After you have successfully completed the Required Steps, Revolut will credit the Welcome Bonus to your Revolut Business account within ten business days after the end of the Promotion Period.
What other legal information should I know?
1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer the Welcome Bonus. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, we will give you notice through the app and/or email. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, that is not due to fault or gross negligence as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
3. If you close your Revolut Business account or we suspend or restrict your account before you were due to benefit from the Welcome Bonus, you will not receive it.
4. Events beyond the control of Revolut may also occur that render the awarding of the Welcome Bonus as part of this Promotion impossible. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control that is not due to fault or gross negligence.
5. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we will revert the welcome bonus. For that purpose, you consent and authorise us to debit your account in the exact amount of the welcome bonus.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.
