Free trial or Two-Month Discount Promotion on Revolut Premium and Metal Plans

What is the Promotion about?

Revolut is offering prospective and existing Personal customers residing in Italy the opportunity to receive two months of free Premium account (the “Free Trial”), or two months of Premium at cost of Plus, or two months of Metal at cost of Premium (the “2-month discount on Premium or Metal plans”)

These terms and conditions (the “PromotionTerms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. When participating in this Promotion, you must comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as:

• the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Personal account; and
• the terms and conditions relevant to your offered subscription plan

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 16 March 2026 (00:00 UTC) and 05 April 2026 (00:00 UTC). We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

• have a residential address in Italy;
• have successfully completed the migration process to IT IBAN within 05 April 2026 by:

- using the email, push notification or in app invitation from Revolut to complete migration;

- submitting all the required documentation;

- signing all relevant documentation as requested in-app.

The above criteria will be met once you have successfully migrated to the Italian IBAN. You can check if you have migrated to the Italian IBAN anytime in the Revolut app by simply checking the first two letters of your Revolut account (IT).

You will be eligible for the Free Trial if you are on Standard Plan.

You will be eligible for the Paid Plan discount if you are on Plus or Premium Plan.

How do I start my Free Trial?

Once you have successfully migrated to the Italian IBAN a free trial link will be shown in your Revolut app. This means that you can start your Free Trial. To do that you will need to:

• Click on the free trial link you will find in the Revolut app (the link will be shown in the Revolut app from April 10 to April 17, 2026).
• Read and sign the Paid Plan terms .

The above steps need to be completed within 3 days of reception of the Free Trial link in the Revolut app, following the completion of the above steps. This means that your Revolut Personal account must be successfully showing an IT IBAN before the end of the Promotion Period.

After the end of your Free Trial we will keep your account on the Premium Plan. This means that you will be charged the Premium Plan monthly subscription fee unless you intend to downgrade to Standard plan or to upgrade to another paid plan before the end of the Free Trial. You can downgrade or upgrade your Revolut plan in the Revolut app anytime.

The Free Trial is worth a 2-month subscription of the Revolut Premium Plan, i.e. 19,98 €.

How do I start my 2-month discount on Premium or Metal plans?

Once you have successfully migrated to the Italian IBAN a 2-month discount link will be shown in the Revolut app. This means that you can start your 2-month discount.

If you are on a Revolut Plus Plan you will be eligible for a 2-month discount on the Premium Plan at cost of Plus. If you are on a Revolut Premium Plan you will be eligible for a 2-month discount on the Metal Plan at cost of Premium.

To do that you will need to:

• Click on the 2-month discount link you will find in the Revolut app (the link will be shown in the Revolut app from April 10 to April 17, 2026).
• Upgrade your plan in the Revolut app

The above steps need to be completed within 3 days of reception of the 2-month discount link in the Revolut app, following the completion of the above steps.

This means that your Revolut Personal account must be successfully showing an IT IBAN before the end of the Promotion Period.

After the end of your 2-month discount we will keep your account on the same Revolut Paid Plan. This means that you will be charged the Premium or Metal Plan monthly subscription fee unless you intend to downgrade or upgrade to another Revolut plan before the end of the 2-month discount. You can downgrade or upgrade your Revolut plan in the Revolut app anytime.

Both 2-month discounts are worth 12 €.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your subscription plan within the Free Trial (your “cooling off period”), after which normal cancellation rules will apply (see the Paid Plan Terms for more information).

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through an email, push notification and in-app Inbox message. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
4. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we grant you your Free Trial, you will lose your entitlement to it.
5. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
6. These terms are published in Italian and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The Italian language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The Italian version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.
