Revolut x Lime Promotion 2025

What is this Promotion about?

As part of the Revolut x Lime Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering prospective costumers in Italy the opportunity to sign up to Revolut for the first time and receive:

a 15 EUR top Up Offer (the “Offer”), awarded in the form of a top-up in your Revolut Account, that you can use for any physical or virtual Revolut card payments; and
a 50% Discount promotion ( the “Partner Promotion”) from the partner Lime Inc.

Please read carefully these Terms and the eligibility criteria set out below.

The “PartnerPromotion” consists of a 50% discount on the following 10 rides purchased on the app of the Partner Lime Inc.:

The partner Promotion is valid for 50% off 10 rides and is subject to Rider having completed the sign up process with Revolut and making 1 transaction.
Valid only on rides in Italy;
Discount on rides valid until 25 December 2025 23:59 (UTC) (the “Partner Promotion Duration Period”).
Promotional value, coupon code, and other discounts cannot be combined, stored, or transferred, and are not valid with LimePass, Lime Access, or for guests on Group Rides
To use the promo code, you must be eligible to use Lime products and services, have a Lime account, agree to Lime’s User Agreement, and you must be the direct, intended recipient of the email sent by Revolut;
Promotions and discounts are not necessarily applied in chronological order. Any unused portion of any discount for an eligible ride will not carry over to your next eligible ride.

The monetary value of the 50% discount of the “Partner Promotion” will vary based on the single ride purchased by the user.

The Promotion will run from 20 September 2025 00:01 (UTC) to 25 December 2025 23:59 (UTC) (The "Promotion Period").

Prospective costumers in Italy will be eligible for the Offer and the Partner Promotion, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria within the Promotion Period. The eligibility criteria and Eligible Market are set out below in “Who is eligible for the Promotion?”.

The Promotion Terms set out the rules that apply to the Promotion and you must comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account, at all times when participating in the Promotion.

Who is eligible for the Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

have a residential address in an Italy ;
Be at least 18 years of age;
Not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity.

How the promotion works?

In order to obtain the Offer and the Partner Promotion, you must complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

Click on the unique link provided by the Partner and add your phone number on the landing page. Once you have provided your phone number, you will be directed to the Revolut app sign-up flow for a Revolut Personal account (please ensure that the phone number provided matches the one to be used for Revolut registration);
Successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link. You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up for a Revolut account in any other way, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.
Once you have successfully open your Revolut Personal account, you need to top up the account with any amount you desire -there is no minimum top-up in order to redeem the offer
You will then need to use the balance to make one virtual or physical Revolut card payment. The minimum amount for the purchase is 0.01 EUR. The transaction must also be a genuine purchase to count towards this total amount (for example, card transactions to payment service providers and money transfers will not count towards the required total transaction amount)

You must use the Promotion unique link provided to you through email as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up for a Revolut account in any other way, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.

You acknowledge that Revolut will leverage your personal data in line with its Customer Privacy Notice to facilitate the Promotion.

How will I receive the Rewards?

Once the users complete all the necessary steps:

The Revolut 15 euros top-up Offer will be accredited directly on the users Revolut account within 3 business days of your first top-up and virtual or physical card payment;
The Partner promocode will be sent through a Revolut email to your personal email account. The email will contain the Promocode and a link that will redirect you to the Lime app in the promo code section. Once you insert the Promocode of the promotion, you will have 50% off your next 10 rides, during the Partner Promotion Duration Period.

What other legal information should I know?

We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through an email, a push notification, an in-app Inbox message or a notification on the home screen tile. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to reverse the Reward awarded to you if the payment that earned you the Cashback is refunded to you, you earned the Reward fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Reward, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms. We will consider the reversal of the Reward to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you.
If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to send the Reward, you will lose your entitlement to the Reward.
Employees, directors, agents, contractors and any affiliates of any Revolut group of entities are not eligible for this Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.
Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
These terms are published in Italian and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The Italian language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The Italian version shall be used in any legal proceedings.
