Sziget Revolut Terms & Conditions: Festivals

What is the Promotion about?

As part of the Sziget x Revolut on-site promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering prospective new and existing Revolut Personal customers residing in an Eligible Market the opportunity to participate in Revolut Play-TM arcade games during the Sziget Music Festival and win one of the rewards from the Rewards List described below (a “Reward”).

Eligible Markets” include Germany, Hungary, Finland, France, Lithuania, Slovakia, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Bulgaria, Austria, Estonia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom. The Sziget Music Festival (the “Partner”) will take place at Május 9. park, Budapest, Hungary, 1033 (the “Festival area”).

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. You must agree and comply with these Promotion Terms at all times when participating in the Promotion. If you are an existing Revolut Personal customer, the Personal Terms for your Revolut Personal account will also apply when participating in the Promotion.

To participate in this Promotion, you must be eligible and complete the Required Steps listed below between 6 August 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 11 August 2025 (00:00 UTC) (the “Promotion Period”).

Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee the receipt of a Reward. Rewards are limited and will be on a first come first served basis.


Who is eligible for the Promotion?

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must:

  • live at a residential address in an Eligible Market;
  • have a valid Sziget Music Festival pass and enter into the Revolut ‘PlayTM’ space (our Revolut branded pop up space with our Brand Ambassadors) within the Festival area; and
  • be at least 18 years of age.

You will also need to complete the following required steps mentioned below (the “Required Steps”) before the end of the Promotion Period:


Required Steps

  • Enter a 4 digit PIN code on the PIN pad of the Revolut Play-TM machine in our Revolut branded pop up space to play the Revolut Play-TM arcade game. You can either:

1) Create your own 4 digit PIN code and type it in the Revolut Play-TM arcade machine, or

2) Type in one of the PIN codes shared during the Promotion Period on the Revolut social media channels, on the Partner social media channels, on our partnered influencers channels, via direct marketing communications from Revolut or Partner, via our Brand Ambassadors, via the Revolut Stage screens or the communication at the Revolut booth.

  • After entering a PIN code, the Revolut Play-TM arcade machine will display a message to indicate whether you have won a Reward.

Participation in the Promotion is free and does not require any payment or purchase. You may only participate in the Promotion once, by inserting a single PIN code of your choosing in the Revolut Play-TM arcade machine.


Rewards List

Eligible Participants that complete the Required Steps during the Promotion Period will have the chance to win one of the following Rewards:

  • 726 x Revolut Stage Access;
  • A “Paid Plan Free Trial”, which could be either:

- 1 x Ultra Plan free trial for 12 months;

- 6 x Metal Plan free trial for 12 months;

  • 7 pairs of Backstage Tour tickets (one person can win two tickets);
  • 6 pairs x 2025 VIP Upgrade (value of around €90);
  • 12 pairs x 2026 Sziget Tickets (value of around €249 as at the Promotion Period);
  • 12 pairs x 2026 VIP Package (value of around €469 as at the Promotion Period);
  • Merchandise (value of around €5).


How can I claim my Reward?

Revolut Stage Access wristbands, 2025 VIP Upgrade wristbands and Merchandise will be awarded by a BrandAmbassador immediately at the Revolut branded pop up space.

Paid Plan Free Trials, 2026 Sziget Tickets and 2026 VIP Package winners will need to provide their personal information to a Brand Ambassador at the Revolut branded pop up space in order to claim their Reward via email. Instructions on how to do this will be provided in the email itself.


How will you process my data?

If you are selected as a winner of this Promotion, you may need to provide certain personal details, including your full name and email address to our Brand Ambassadors in order to receive your Reward.

Any data that may be passed on to Sziget under this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Sziget’s Privacy Policies (www.szigetfestival.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/PRIVACY-POLICY-concerning-participation-at-SZIGET-Festival_20250729.pdf).

How do I start my Revolut Free Trial?

To start your Paid Plan Free Trial, you will need to complete the following steps within 14 business days after the end of the Promotion Period:

  • If you are not an existing Revolut Personal customer, you must successfully open a Revolut Personal account; and
  • You must respond to our Brand Ambassador’s email to accept the Paid Plan Free Trial.

After doing this, Support will be in touch with you via the Revolut app to activate your Paid Plan Free Trial. If you do not complete the above steps within the required timeframe, you will lose your right to the Paid Plan Free Trial.

Just so you know, the Paid Plan Terms and Fees pages will apply to you during your Paid Plan Free Trial. We will not charge you the subscription fee for the period of time included in your Paid Plan Free Trial. On the expiry of the Paid Plan Free Trial, normal cancellation and billing rules will apply and we’ll start taking payments for your subscription either monthly or yearly depending on what you agreed to when you signed up for the Paid Plan.


Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your subscription plan within the Paid Plan Free Trial, after which normal cancellation rules will apply. Depending on the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account, this could mean that normal fees for downgrading your Paid Plan subscription will apply or that you are bound by a minimum term during which you cannot downgrade (see sections 11 and 12 of the Paid Plan Terms for more information).

Termination of your account is subject to the rules set out in the Personal Terms and the Paid Plan Terms.


What other legal information should I know?

  1. Sziget in these Promotion Terms refers to Sziget Cultural Management Private Company Limited by Shares.
  2. We may change, suspend, extend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date of the Promotion Period if there are reasonable grounds to believe it is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or Promotion-wide basis.
  3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, we will give you notice in the same way we announced this Promotion. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
  4. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
  5. We reserve our right not to grant you a Reward if your Personal account becomes suspended or restricted.
  6. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.
  7. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Sziget Music Festival may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Sziget Music Festival's privacy notice (www.szigetfestival.com/en/policy-gctc) for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Sziget Music Festival may also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Sziget Music Festival you must manage your marketing preferences with Sziget Music Festival directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
  8. These Promotion Terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these Promotion Terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language version will prevail.


This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut Group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with this entity. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, the prevailing language and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
