What is this promotion about?

Revolut offers potential new Revolut Personal customers the opportunity to participate in the Revolut x Bankzitters World Tour Giveaway promotion (of "Promotion”).

The Promotion allows potential customers signing up to Revolut for the first time to:

  • Receive 20 euros (or the currency equivalent) credited to their newly opened Revolut Personal account (the “Welcome bonus”); And
  • to participate to a prize draw (the “Prize draw”) to have a chance to win one of the prizes. (the "Prize”)

  • 20 x two standard tickets for one of the Bankzitters World Tour shows at the Ziggo Dome (value: €59 per ticket). Preferred dates can be specified, but are subject to availability.
  • 2x two VIP tickets for the evening show 5 on January 31, 2025 (worth 2x € 79)

NB: The Prize Draw is only available to residents of the Netherlands.


These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also with the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your new Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

To enter this Promotion you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions between 12 December 2025(00:00 CEST) in 30 december 2025 (23:59 CEST). We call this the “Promotion period”.


Who is eligible?

To be considered an “eligible participant” for the Welcome bonus you must meet the following requirements “suitability criteria”:

  • have a residential address in the Netherlands;
  • not have and have previously held a Revolut Personal Account with any Revolut group entity; and
  • be at least 18 years old.


You also need to “Required steps” completed before the end of the Promotion Period:

  • click on the unique Promotion link – this will be provided by the influencer within the content or video description;
  • successfully open a Personal Account with Revolut for the first time via the unique action link; and
  • perform a first processed card transaction of at least €0.01 (or currency equivalent).


You must use the unique Promotion link provided as part of this promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal Account. If you sign up through the normal account opening process on our app, you will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

Your first card payment can be made with a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Personal Revolut account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts, and e-wallets will not be approved).


How do I earn the Welcome Bonus?

If you are an eligible participant, Revolut will credit the Welcome Bonus to the main balance of your Revolut Personal Account, via its Dutch branch that provides you with your Personal Account, within 30 days of you completing the required steps.


How do I participate in the Prize Draw?

Within 7 working days of the end of the Promotion Period, we will include the Revolut usernames of all eligible entrants into the prize draw and randomly:

  • Select twenty (20) eligible entrants as winners of standard entry tickets; and
  • Select two (2) eligible entrants as winners of VIP tickets.

The first name, last name and email address of the selected winners will be shared with Banksitters BV, who is responsible for further contact with the winners.

Bankzitters B.V. will contact the winners by email to select their preferred show date. This preference will be honored whenever possible; if it is not available, winners will receive tickets for an alternative show date.

If a winner does not reply within 48 hours to Bankzitters, the prize will be forfeited and Bankzitters BV may randomly select a new eligible participant as the replacement winner. This process will be repeated until all prizes have been awarded and confirmed.

If, after contact, it is determined that a selected participant does not meet the eligibility criteria or has not completed the required steps, the prize will not be awarded and another eligible participant will be selected.

Each eligible entrant selected as a winner will be given an equal amount of time to accept the prize.

All decisions regarding the administration and operation of the Promotion, including the selection of the winners, are final and binding.

How do I receive the prize if I am a winner?

Bankzitters will send the prize directly to the winner via their email address.

The winner of the prize may bring a plus one, this person must at least be 18 years old from the moment the prize winner is announced.

In case you win, it is for you and your 'plus one' forbidden to take the Prize; negotiate, resell (or search for) to anyone else (either at market value or cash alternative). We agree to notify the winner with two entrance tickets (worth 2 x €59) in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion does not cover any other costs. You and your "plus one" are responsible for paying any additional costs arising from your travel and participation in the Bankzitters World Tour Ziggodome Shows.

We strongly advise the winner to obtain their own valid liability, health and/or accident insurance, and expressly acknowledge that Revolut and Bankzitters are in no way liable for any damage, loss or costs arising from this.


How do you process my data?

If you choose to participate in this promotion by completing the steps above, we will include you in a pool of participants.

If you are the winner of this promotion, you acknowledge that we:

  • need information from you and your 'plus one' (including some or all of the following): (name, official document verifying your plus one's age, email address); and
  • to share your details and your ‘plus one’ details with Bankzitters in order to be able to award you the Prize.

For more information about how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Customer Privacy Statement. All data provided to Bankzitters in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Bankzitters' Privacy policy.

This promotion is organized by Revolut. The Ziggodome show itself is subject to the event's terms and conditions, but these are completely separate from this promotion.


What other legal information should i know?

  1. In these Promotion Conditions, Bankzitters refers to Bankzitters B.V. (75524104), located at Oudenoord 285 B, 3513EP Utrecht ("Bankzitters”).
  2. We hereby confirm that this Promotion is in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.
  3. We may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion earlier than the end date stated above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect the goodwill or reputation of Revolut, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer the new customer offer and/or the prize to Bankzitters or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual basis or on a promotion-wide basis.
  4. If we have to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of thePromotion period, we will try to inform you of this via the app and/or email.
  5. Revolut will not be liable for any losses, directly or indirectly, incurred as a result of any event outside its control which prevents us from continuing to run the Promotion as planned. If you believe you are eligible for a particular benefit related to the Promotion that was not awarded to you as a result of an early suspension or termination, please contact Customer Service.
  6. We may decide not to grant you permission the Price if any of the following applies before we must grant it to you:

- your Revolut Personal Account is suspended or limited;

- you commit fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, by attempting to gain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or

- you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms applicable to your Revolut Personal Account.

7. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this promotion, we may not credit you with the new customer offer or may reverse it (we will assume the chargeback was made with your consent and the payment was authorised by you) if any of the following applies:

- the card payment in question failed and/or was cancelled or reversed;

- Because your Revolut Personal account is suspended or limited;

- you commit fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, by attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or

- you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms applicable to your Revolut Personal Account.

8. Employees of Bankzitters & Revolut, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible for and cannot participate in this Promotion.

9. These promotion terms and conditions are published in Dutch. If translated into another language, the translation is for reference only, and the Dutch version of the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail. In any legal proceedings, the Dutch version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions will be used.

10. If you have a complaint about this promotion, please contact support through the app and let them know you want to file a complaint. We'll investigate your complaint and try to resolve it as quickly as possible via email.

11. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you can still submit it to the Netherlands Gambling Authority. You can reach the Netherlands Gambling Authority at the following email address: info@kansspelautoriteit.nl.
