What is the Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing Revolut Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) for a chance to win the following bundle:

• 2x Manchester City’s 2025 official t-shirts, signed by Alex Greenwood (and ‘5 Greenwood’ printed on the back);
• 2x VIP tickets to a Manchester City Women home game of your choice within the 2025/26 season; and
• A cash prize of £1,000 for UK customers, or €1,000 (or currency equivalent) depending on the country you are a resident of (together, the “Prize Giveaway”). The use of the cash prize is at the sole discretion of the winner.

Prize Giveaway value

All costs associated with the Prize Giveaway that are not expressly listed as part of the Prize Giveaway above, such as travel costs, are not covered by this Promotion and must be borne by the winner. The winner themself is responsible for any and all applicable travel formalities (e.g. valid passport, visa etc.).

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms as well as the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must be an Eligible Participant and complete the Required Steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 00:00 UTC 23rd September, 2025 and 23:59 UTC 28th September, 2025. We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion, you must:

• Have an active Revolut Personal account (not restricted, suspended or closed, or become a Revolut Personal customer with an active Revolut Personal account before the end of the Promotion Period;
• Have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• Complete all the “Required Steps” below during the Promotion Period; and
• Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Required Steps:

• Follow @Revolutapp on TikTok; and
• Like and comment on the “Eligible Post” (the TikTok announcing this Promotion). Your comment must include the “🩵” emoji.

How will we select the winner?

On 29th September 2025 we will include in the Prize Draw the TikTok handles of all those TikTok users who have liked and commented as set out above, and we will randomly select an entrant and confirm the winner meets the required criteria before sending the Prize Giveaway.

If you are the winner, we will notify you via TikTok direct message (“DM”) from our @Revolutapp TikTok account on 29th September 2025, requesting that you provide the information listed in the “How do I receive the Prize Giveaway?” section below.

You will have two business days from the time we initially reach out to you on 29th September 2025 to provide us with the requested information. If you do not respond within this time period, we will not be able to award you the Prize Giveaway and we will randomly select another TikTok user from the Prize Draw to be the winner.

If, within five business days of contacting you to tell you that you have won, we realise that you no longer meet the criteria to be considered a winner (e.g. because your account is restricted or you deleted your comment under the Eligible Post), we will be unable to award you the Prize Giveaway and we will randomly select another entrant from the Prize Draw to be the winner.

Each selected winner will have the same amount of time to accept the Prize Giveaway.

How do I receive the Prize Giveaway?

If you win, we will contact you via TikTok DM from @Revolutapp. We will ask for your email address, full name, Revolut Revtag and country of residence. This information is needed to verify your eligibility and to deliver your Prize Giveaway. The cash prize will be credited to your Revolut Personal account. If you fail to provide us with all of the requested information within 2 business days and/or if the information you provided us with does not allow us to identify your Revolut account, you will forfeit all rights to the Prize Giveaway and you will not be entitled to any kind of compensation.

The Prize Giveaway will be sent to the winner within five to 10 business days after providing their details.

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice via DM from our @Revolutapp TikTok account. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
3. If your comment on the Eligible Post is abusive, offensive or damaging, you will not be considered an Eligible Participant.
4. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TikTok.
5. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable and external event outside of its control, which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
6. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that the Prize Giveaway or any other reward may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are a tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving the Prize Giveaway or any other reward. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving the Prize Giveaway or any other reward as part of this Promotion.
7. If we confirm you are a winner of the Prize Giveaway, you are only entitled to the Prize Giveaway itself - you cannot ask us to provide you with the monetary value of the Prize Giveaway or ask us to exchange it for another product instead.
8. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
9. These terms are published in English. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version (except if your local language prevails in the below table). The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail (please refer to the below table to determine which language prevails).
10. If you are resident of Spain: Please note that any payment under this Promotion is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such payments, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount received, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding on account practiced. The total amount of the payment will be the amount communicated in the promotion invitation received in the app plus the amount of tax that we are obliged to withhold. A 19% income tax withholding is made on this amount, which results in the net amount paid.
11. If you are a resident of the Netherlands the following conditions also apply to you:

• We hereby confirm that this Promotion is in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.
• These promotion terms and conditions are published in Dutch. If translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the Dutch version of the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail. In any legal proceedings, the Dutch version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions will be used.
• If you have a complaint about this promotion, please contact support via the app and let them know that you want to make a complaint. We will investigate your complaint and try to resolve matters as quickly as possible via email.
• If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can still submit your complaint to the Dutch Gambling Authority. The Gambling Authority can be reached via the following email address: info@kansspelautoriteit.nl .
