Revolut x Avios: RevPoints for Miles

What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing Personal customers the opportunity to redeem RevPoints for “Avios” (the loyalty points earned through an airline's loyalty program) and receive an additional 20% in Avios (Bonus Avios) credited to their account with British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia or Vueling (an Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme), (the Promotion). For example, if you redeem 1,000 RevPoints for Avios, you will receive a total of 1,200 Avios with the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme.

This Promotion is available to Revolut Personal account customers residing in the United Kingdom, Hungary, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Romania, Belgium and Switzerland (together, the Eligible Markets) and will run between 00:00 UTC on 13 August 2025 and 23:59 UTC on 24 August 2025 (the Promotion Period).

These terms (the Promotion Terms) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms, the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account and RevPoints Terms and Conditions at all times when participating in this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in these Promotion Terms during the Promotion Period.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:

• live at a residential address in one of the Eligible Markets;
• ensure that your Revolut Personal account is active and has no restrictions, or is not under investigation at the time of redemption and until you are awarded with your Bonus Avios;
• be at least 18 years of age.

You must also complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

• opt-in to the RevPoints loyalty programme (if you haven’t already done so, you can find out how to join RevPoints loyalty programme here) and have at least 1 RevPoint;
• be part of the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme prior to redemption (you need to have an account with an Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme that is independent to the RevPoints loyalty programme); and
• redeem your RevPoints for Avios with the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme during the Promotion Period.

Point awarding

The minimum redemption is 1 RevPoint and maximum redemption is 999,999 RevPoints per transaction.

The Bonus Avios will be credited into your Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme account in up to 2 working days after the RevPoints redemption is complete. Bonus Avios are awarded once per eligible redemption transaction and are calculated based on the RevPoints redeemed in that transaction only. Bonus Avios are not cumulative across multiple transactions.

Legal bits and pieces

1. Any Avios and Bonus Avios you receive as part of this Promotion under your Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme account will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme. Please pay attention to expiration dates for your Avios (if applicable). Your redemption of RevPoints cannot be reversed. Taxes, government-imposed fees, and any applicable charges may apply on all Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme Avios redemptions and upgrades, subject to their terms and conditions. Individual restrictions under the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme terms and conditions may apply.
2. We may change, suspend, extend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date of the Promotion Period if it is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice in the same way we announced this Promotion. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
4. Neither Revolut nor the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programmes will be liable for any loss that is not due to fault or gross negligence, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Revolut Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
5. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before the Bonus Avios were due to be awarded to you or between the time of qualifying for the Bonus Avios and receiving it, you may lose your entitlement to it.
6. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Neither Revolut nor the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme will bear any liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.
7. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. The Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme’s privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. The Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme may also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme you must manage your marketing preferences with the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
8. These Promotion Terms are primarily published in English. The English language version of these Promotion Terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding, except if another language prevails instead in your jurisdiction (please consult the below table to determine if this is the case). The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language version will prevail and will be used in legal proceedings (please consult the below table to determine if this is the case).
9. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the following Revolut group entities that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, prevailing languages and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
