Revolut x Tinderbox Promotion

What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering prospective Personal customers residing in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to receive a cash award of 175 DKK, 250 SEK, 250 NOK, 20 EUR or 20 GBP (the “Cash Award”) when you, as an Eligible Participant, complete the Required Steps.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the Required Steps between 29 June 2025 (00:00 CET) and 30 June 2026 (23:59 CET). We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an Eligible Participant for this Promotion you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market listed above;
• not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
• be at least 18 years of age.

You must also complete the “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

• Click on the Promotion’s unique link provided by Tinderbox Entertainment Aps. This unique link will redirect you to Revolut’s website where you will need to provide your phone number in order to be directed to the sign up flow for a Revolut Personal account.
• Successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link.
• Make your first card payment (of a minimum amount of 0.01 DKK, 0.01 SEK, 0.01 NOK, 0.01 EUR or 0.01 GBP).

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.

Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets are not genuine purchase transactions) and it must not be reverted or cancelled.

How do I get my Cash Award?

Eligible Participants that have completed the Required Steps will receive the Cash Award in their newly opened Revolut Personal account from the Revolut entity which provides you with your Revolut Personal Account within 10 business days of the Required Steps being completed.

What other legal information should I know?

1. Tinderbox Entertainment in these Promotion Terms refers to Tinderbox Entertainment Aps.
2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue running this Promotion. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice Any changes to these Promotion Terms will not apply to you if you have already participated in the Promotion.
4. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
5. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned.
6. We reserve the right to reverse the Cash Award during the Promotion Period if the payment that earned you the Cash Award is refunded to you, you earned the Cash Award fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Cash Award, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms.
7. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with the Cash Award or between the time of qualifying for the Cash Award and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.
8. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Tinderbox Entertainment Aps may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Tinderbox Entertainment Aps’s privacy policy (www.tinderbox.dk/privacy-policy) for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Tinderbox Entertainment Aps will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Tinderbox Entertainment Aps you must manage your marketing preferences with Tinderbox Entertainment Aps directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
9. These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.
10. Please be aware that this Cash Award is subject to Personal Income Tax. You might have to declare it in your Annual Personal Income Tax Statement.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion.
