About the risks
Our selection of FIDELITY INTERNATIONAL money market funds available with Flexible Cash Funds aim to preserve capital value, a constant share price, and liquidity, while producing regular returns for investors in line with money market rates.
However, returns are not guaranteed and could vary daily depending on the performance of the fund, among other factors. In some rare situations like stressed market conditions investors could lose part or all the money invested.
Although the risk indicator of these funds is low, 1 out of 7 for a six-month holding period, investing in money market funds involves risks such as market, liquidity and credit risks. Read the latest Key Information Document and the Prospectus, which are also available via the app.
Please assess your financial situation carefully and consider seeking independent advice before investing. This is not investment advice, an offer or recommendation.
You’ll only be able to invest in this selection of FIDELITY money market funds through Revolut’s Flexible Cash Funds service and you’ll not be able to transfer these instruments elsewhere.

Flexible Cash Funds FAQs
Flexible Cash Funds is an investment service provided by Revolut Securities Europe UAB in relation to money market funds. Investors can buy or sell shares in EUR, USD and/or GBP money market funds and receive daily-accrued variable returns, distributed monthly. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on the performance of the money market fund/s.
To add money to Flexible Cash Funds, navigate to the Flexible Cash Funds home page of the portfolio in which you want to add money. On the Flexible Cash Funds homepage: tap '+ Add money' → enter the amount → tap the 'Continue/Add Money' button. When you add money to Flexible Cash Funds you are making an order to buy shares for an equivalent value in a money market fund of the same currency. You are the beneficial owner of the shares that we buy on your behalf.
There are no opening or closing charges for Flexible Cash Funds. However, we do charge a small annual service fee - see table above showing the APY (the fund’s return - the service fee) per plan. This fee is paid for the investment service in money market funds that we provide to you, and is an ongoing charge calculated as a percentage of the value of the shares you hold in the money market fund. The service fee is calculated daily and automatically deducted from the daily returns you receive. The APY you see in our communications and in the Revolut app is already net of fees.
More information on fees is available in the Money Market Funds (MMFs)(Flexible Cash Funds) Ex-ante Costs & Charges Disclosure, also available in-app in the Flexible Cash Funds section under “Info”, “Regulatory documents”.
The currency of each of the Flexible Cash Funds we offer (EUR, USD, and GBP) represents a different money market fund in which you invest when adding money. The return rate varies amongst these different types of Flexible Cash Funds depending on the performance of the fund. Each fund may perform differently and fluctuate every day. This can lead to daily-changing yields that could move in an unfavourable direction. The return rate is expressed in annual terms after fees and called the APY (Annual Percentage Yield).
The APY indicates how much your money could grow if you held the investment for an entire year and the fund’s return remained constant, which in practice may vary daily. To get the daily return rate you need to divide the APY by 365. The APY is updated daily in the app based on the performance of the fund on the previous day, which is provided by the fund manager. The APY is shown net of fees, meaning it is the result of deducting from the fund’s return the service fee. Fees vary depending on the money market fund, your subscription plan, and region.
The returns you earn and the fees you pay are calculated on a daily basis by applying the APY to the amount invested in the money market fund. You'll only see the returns earned reflected in your Flexible Cash Funds balance when the net return amount is more than €0.01 (or the respective currency).
When you add money into Flexible Cash Funds, you give us a buy order in the respective money market fund. You'll start earning returns the day after it reaches the fund manager. If you submit orders before 10am Eastern European Time (EET) on a business day, your money will reach the fund manager on the same day. Otherwise, it'll reach the fund manager on the next business day.
You're solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes. This includes providing tax authorities with relevant information about any money market fund shares you’ve held or sold, as well as the returns you’ve earned, with any costs and fees. Whether you'll need to pay tax on your earned returns depends on your tax residence and personal circumstances. Tax obligations are subject to change.
We may need to share certain details about your investments with the tax authorities. However, we’re not always required to prefill part or all of your investment information in your tax file.
We generally won’t process your tax payments proactively or send them to relevant tax authorities. We’ll only withhold/levy taxes to you if we’re mandated to perform that obligation to comply with relevant laws.
We can’t provide any tax advice and never do so. If you have any other questions, we recommend you seek independent advice from your tax adviser.
When you add money to Flexible Cash Funds you invest in short-term LVNAV (Low Volatility Net Asset Value) money market fund.

The money market funds you invest in through our Flexible Cash Funds are sub-funds of the Fidelity Institutional Liquidity Fund plc, a UCITS umbrella fund (registration number: 235175) authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
Specifically, you invest in Class R Flex Distributing shares of the following MMFs (matching with the relevant currency):

The risk indicator summarises the level of risk of an investment product on a scale of 1 to 7 (where 1 represents the lowest risk, and 7 represents the highest risk). It allows investors to compare the risk level of different investment products under the same methodology (PRIIPs Regulation (EU) No. 1286/2014).
The risk indicator shows how likely it is that the investment product will lose money because of market movements or because the issuer isn't able to pay you. However, the risk indicator doesn't consider currency risk if you're investing in a currency different from your base currency.
The money market funds available have a risk indicator of 1 out of 7 (1 lowest, 7 highest) for a holding period of 6 months. It indicates that the potential losses from future performance are very low, and that poor market conditions are very unlikely to impact the fund's capacity to pay you. This risk indicator is provided by the fund manager. These funds don’t include any protection from future market performance, so you could lose some or all of your investment. The recommended holding period for these funds is 6 months. If you sell your shares earlier, the risk indicator could vary significantly. Before investing, read the Key Information Document available in-app and on the Fund's website.
