Our Career Journeys series spotlights Revoluters who mentor the next generation of talent through our Rev-celerator Programmes.

No career path looks the same at Revolut. What unites our Dream Team is the drive to learn, grow, and deliver impact at scale. In this edition, Lindsay Katsongeri, Head of Data Analytics, shares her journey, and why she believes “Revolut is like a university in itself.”

How does the career you wanted to pursue as a grad align with where you are today?

I have a degree in software engineering, and I was always interested in systems, both technical and societal. Coming to Revolut was a pivotal moment, as it showed me the power of data-driven decisions in shaping a company’s success. Most of our tools are built in-house, so it’s amazing to be able to dive deep into data and business concepts.

Tell us about your role?

I’m Head of Data Analytics for our 3rd line of defence, and my team covers all front-to-back processes at Revolut. It’s a dynamic and challenging remit. We work across the entire business with extremely talented people, and we’re constantly evolving to keep pace with the organisation.

Do you have any advice for students and grads who are job searching?

If your university has a job fair, don’t hesitate to attend, it’s a great way to meet companies face-to-face and understand what they’re really looking for. Make sure your CV highlights both your academic work and your personal projects, as they show your ability to build, design, and think independently.

For data and tech roles specifically, showcase how you problem-solve. Include links to portfolios, GitHub, or projects that demonstrate how you’ve used data, coding, or analysis to find insights or create something valuable. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn go a long way, so don’t shy away from applying to roles that challenge you.

What makes the Rev-celerator Programmes such empowering career launchpads?

On the Rev-celerator Programmes, interns and graduates take ownership from day one. They’re given meaningful work, and the experience is genuinely hands-on — very different from many early-career programmes I’ve seen.

Why is Revolut such an exciting place to start your career?

Revolut is like a university in itself.

You learn fast, take ownership early, and see the direct impact of your actions and decisions. It’s a fast-paced environment that constantly stretches you, and working here quickly builds confidence and capability.

At Revolut, interns and grads don’t just observe: they take ownership, learn fast, and grow alongside some of the brightest minds in fintech. The experience is hands-on, empowering, and career-defining.
