1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms"), along with the Personal Terms and any other terms and conditions that apply to our services, form the legal agreement between you, a Revolut Personal customer, and us, Revolut Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, for the use and purchase of Airport Security Fast Track Passes (the “ASFT Pass(es)”) through the Revolut app (the “app”).
We work with DragonPass International Limited (“DragonPass”) to provide you with the ASFT Passes. You purchase ASFT passes directly from DragonPass, and we facilitate the payment through the app. DragonPass Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms of each individual airport terminal offering security fast track lanes (the "Participating Outlets”), also apply to the use of each ASFT Pass. You can find a list of Participating Outlets with associated cancellation and advance booking policies in the app.
2. Important information
ASFT Passes are not regulated by any financial services regulator. This means that complaints will not benefit from financial services dispute resolution mechanisms. As a Revolut customer, you have rights and obligations under the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut account in relation to the payment services element of the ASFT Passes, but that is the only regulated element of the feature.
3. Who can purchase and use ASFT Passes?
To be eligible to purchase ASFT Passes through the app, you must be a fully onboarded Revolut Personal customer in a country where ASFT Passes are available.
A single ASFT Pass is valid for one person on the chosen date and time of travel, within the 30-minute time slot you select in-app.
You can buy multiple ASFT Passes for yourself and for your guests. Children travelling with you might be able to access fast track security lanes at Participating Outlets free of charge, as shown in-app. Your ASFT Passes will be available in-app at least 3h before the 30-minute time slot you selected.
When buying an ASFT Pass, you might be asked to input the name of the person who will be using it. This name cannot be changed after your purchase. ASFT Passes are not transferable. You or the named person on the ASFT Pass must show valid identification (i.e. a passport) and a valid same-day flight ticket that matches the name of the person on the ASFT Pass.
4. How much does an ASFT Pass cost?
You can purchase ASFT Passes for yourself or guests for a fee. Depending on your plan, a discount may apply. We will always show you the price of an ASFT Pass in-app before you make your purchase.
5. Can I get a refund for an ASFT Pass?
Prior to your in-app purchase, you will be shown if the Participating Outlet allows free cancellation and the applicable timescales for requesting this. If you fail to cancel your ASFT Pass within the specified timeframe, you will not be entitled to any refunds.
Please note that some Participating Outlets do not offer cancellation.
6. What happens if I cancel or downgrade my Revolut plan?
Depending on your plan, you may receive a discount on your ASFT Pass purchases.
If you purchase and use an ASFT Pass using a discount under a Paid Plan and then downgrade your Paid Plan, all within the first 14 days of your Paid Plan subscription, you’ll have to pay the difference between the discount you received and the price of the ASFT Pass under your downgraded plan.
Any unused discounted ASFT Passes will be transferred to your new account at no extra cost.
7. Is Revolut responsible if something goes wrong with my ASFT Pass?
We are not responsible for the accuracy of any of the images or information displayed in-app, or any of the services provided by DragonPass.
We cannot guarantee entry to or availability of security fast track lanes of Participating Outlets through the provision of ASFT Passes. Participating Outlets have the right to deny you entry or end your use.
8. How to make a complaint
If you’re unhappy with our service, we’ll try to make things right. Please contact us through the app under the Help section, email us at formalcomplaints@ravolut.com or fill out this form. Our complaints policy has more information.
If your complaint relates to ASFT Passes, we will escalate this on your behalf to DragonPass. You’ll need to tell us:
- your flight number;
- the airport and terminal details;
- date and time of travel;
- total number of AFST Passes you purchased;
- a description of the complaint; and
- how you’d like the matter to be made right.
We’ll look into your complaint and respond to you by email. We will communicate with you in English, unless we tell you otherwise.
9. Some other legal bits and pieces.
