The speed of your transfer depends on where you're sending money to, the currency you're sending, and how your recipient will receive the payment. If you need to send or receive money immediately, pay attention to estimated delivery times in-app before you send.

How fast are Revolut-to-Revolut transfers?

Revolut-to-Revolut transfers are easy and instant. They usually arrive in under 20 seconds — and you won't pay any transfer fees.

How fast are bank transfers?

Bank transfers vary depending on the currency you're sending and the destination country. Local wire transfers in USD generally arrive in 1 business day, whereas standard ACH transfers can take up to 5 business days. International SWIFT transfers to a bank account abroad can also take up to 5 business days to arrive.

We strive to complete transfers promptly within our estimated timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

The time it takes for your money transfer to arrive can vary depending on the destination country and the currency you use, but here are some tips to help you speed up your transfer.

• Always double-check your recipient's account details before you send. Incorrect information can cause delays.
• Choose the fastest transfer method. Transfers to other Revolut friends are instant, so they're a good choice if you want to send money immediately. You'll see the estimated arrival time in-app before you send.
• When you send a bank transfer with Revolut, external banks may occasionally experience delays we can't foresee. The recipient's bank might not process your transfer during weekends or bank holidays. In these cases, your transfer may appear as pending a bit longer than expected. Keep this in mind and choose a different transfer option if you need your money to arrive fast.

You'll always see our estimated delivery times in-app before you send. You can also track your transfer all the way to delivery right in the app. Just go to the Revolut app and tap on the transfer in your history — we'll keep you in the loop.

You won't pay transfer fees when you send money to other Revolut customers. There is a small fee for bank transfers, but don't worry — you'll see all costs in-app before you send.
