What is this promotion about?
- What: the chance to be selected to participate in a competition (the Competition) for the chance to win £5,000 (the Prize).
- Who: attendees of the NBA London Game on 18 January 2026 at the O2 Arena.
- When: 18 January 2026 only (the Promotion Period).
These terms and conditions (the Terms) set out the rules that apply to this promotion. You must comply with these Terms and, if you are a Revolut customer, the Personal terms, to participate in this promotion.
Eligibility
To participate in this promotion, you must:
- have a residential address in the United Kingdom,
- be at least 18 years old,
- have or be willing to open a Revolut Personal account with no restrictions and
- have a valid ticket for the NBA London Game on the 18th January 2026 at the O2 Arena: Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX.
You must also be able to show proof of age and residency to NBA or Revolut officials if asked to do so. All participants will be asked to accept these Terms before being allowed to participate in the promotion.
What are the rules for the Competition?
The NBA will randomly select two eligible participants from the crowd at the NBA London Game to participate in the Competition (the Players). The Competition will be a game of Tic Tac Toe using Revolut card cardboards on a 3x3 grid on the Court. The first Player to align 3 cards, vertically, horizontally, or diagonally will win the Competition.
If neither of the Players aligns 3 cards, the Prize will be awarded to the Player with the most cards on the 3x3 grid.
How does the winner get the Prize?
If you are the winner and you already have an active Revolut Personal account, you will be asked to provide your Revolut username (RevTag). The Prize will be credited to your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days from the day of the competition.
If you are the winner and you do not already have an active Revolut Personal account, you will be required to successfully open an account and complete the Know Your Customer Checks (KYC). We’ll let you know that you need to do this before you choose to participate in the Competition. Failure to do so within 5 business days of winning the Competition, will mean that you are no longer eligible to receive the Prize, and will not be entitled to compensation. Give the brand ambassadors your email address so they can verify it's you, and once you have successfully opened your Revolut account, email us your RevTag @hospitalityevents@ravolut.com. The Prize will be credited to your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days from the day that you confirm your RevTag.
If the incorrect RevTag is provided, and we send the Prize to an incorrect Revolut Personal account, you will no longer be entitled to receive the Prize and will not be entitled to compensation.
Our decisions on how to run and manage the promotion, including the selection of the winner, are binding.
What other legal information should I know?
- The promotion is organised and offered by Revolut Ltd. whose registered address is 30 South Colonnade, London, E14 5HX. If you have a question about the promotion (other than a complaint), please raise it directly with Revolut Ltd. by writing to the following email address: support@ravolut.com.
- NBA in these Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”).
- We may change, suspend or end the promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give Revolut customers notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the promotion.
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the promotion as planned. Please contact Revolut Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
- We may decide not to credit your Revolut Personal account with the Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to credit your account: a) we become aware you are no longer (or never were) eligible to participate; b) your Revolut Personal account is or becomes suspended or restricted; c) you engage in fraud or material abuse of this promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or d) you breach these Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
- Please ensure you are aware of the Terms of Use of the NBA London Game 2026. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to the NBA Terms of Use.
- Employees of NBA Entities, including directors, contractors, affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this promotion.
- Revolut may process your personal data as part of this promotion in accordance with the Revolut Customer Privacy Notice.
- These Terms are published in English and are governed by English law. All disputes in relation to these Terms will be decided by the courts of England and Wales.
- If you are selected to be a Player, you agree that NBA Entities may take video recordings or photographs of you in connection with the promotion (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA that you do not wish to be filmed or photographed), and use such video recordings or photographs for advertising, trade purposes or for any other lawful purpose (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA otherwise). You also acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation (financial or otherwise) in respect of the NBA’s usage of such video recordings or photographs.
