What is this promotion about?

Revolut is offering new Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, France, Germany, Ireland and Spain (the Eligible Markets) the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw for a chance to receive a trip package for the NBA Berlin Game 2026 (the Reward), by using the unique link provided by the NBA (the Partner). The Reward consists of a trip package for 2 people worth approximately €2500, which includes:

• Accommodation for one night in Berlin, Germany in a 4-star hotel;
• 2x tickets for the NBA Berlin Game 2026; and
• Transportation (flight or train, at Revolut’s option, from the city where the winner is based to Berlin).

Revolut is also offering new Personal customers in Eligible Markets the opportunity to receive €20 (or currency equivalent) when they sign up to Revolut for the first time (the Welcome Offer).

These terms and conditions (the Promotion Terms) set out the rules that apply to the promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the promotion.

The following promotion periods apply:

• Reward Promotion Period: to have the opportunity to be entered into the prize draw to receive the Reward, you must be eligible and complete the required steps between 1 December 2025 09:00 (UTC) and 28 December 2025 23:59 (UTC).
• Welcome Offer Promotion Period: to have the opportunity to receive the Welcome Offer, you must be eligible and complete the required steps between 1 December 2025 09:00 (UTC) and 31 January 2026 23:59 (UTC).

Who is eligible for this promotion?

To be eligible for this promotion you must:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• be at least 18 years of age; and
• not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut Group entity.

How do I get the Welcome Offer?

To receive the Welcome Offer, you must:

• Click on the promotion unique link provided on the Partner’s channels, including but not limited to the newsletter, website banners and social media;
• Successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the promotion unique link. You must use the promotion unique link provided as part of this promotion to sign up for your Revolut Personal account; and
• Make a first genuine card transaction of at least €20 (or currency equivalent). Your first card transaction can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be genuine).

The Revolut Group entity that provides you with your Personal account will credit the Welcome Offer to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 5 business days of the required card transaction successfully completing.

How do I get the Reward?

Within 5 business days after the end of the Reward Promotion Period, we will include all participants that have opened a Revolut Personal account through the promotion unique link in the prize draw, and will randomly select one winner for the Reward.

The winner will receive an email notification from Revolut with instructions on how to accept the Reward (to the email address registered to your Personal account). Once the winner accepts, Revolut will send a trip booking confirmation by email.

You will have 48 hours from the time we initially reach out to you to accept the Reward. If you do not respond within this time, or if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if we realise you are no longer eligible to receive the Reward after we have contacted you, we will be unable to give you the Reward and we will randomly select another winner. The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other type of compensation. If you win, you must accept the Reward as is.

Legal bits

1. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to the National Basketball Association, NBA Properties Inc. and the NBA member teams (collectively, the NBA Entities).

2. We may change, suspend or end the promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control and that may make it impossible for us to offer the Reward with the NBA or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the promotion before the end of the Promotion Periods, we will give you notice through the same communication channel used to communicate the initial terms and conditions of the promotion. Any changes to the promotion will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the promotion. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

4. We may decide not to grant you the Reward if any of the following applies before we are due to send it to you:

• we become aware you are not or are no longer an eligible participant;
• your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

5. We may not award you or may reverse the Welcome Offer (we will consider the reversal to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you) if any of the following applies:

• the relevant card payment was unsuccessful and/or was cancelled or reverted;
• your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted during the Welcome Offer Promotion Period;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

6. Please ensure you are aware of the Terms of Use of the NBA Games 2026. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to these terms.

7. Employees of NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this promotion.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. In legal matters, the English version applies unless the local language version prevails. If your local language prevails, we will let you know in the entity table below.

9. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an eligible participant who receives a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the participation in this promotion.

10. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this promotion, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut Group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut Group entity, prevailing languages, the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this promotion.
