Revolut 10 Days Giveaways Series

What is the promotion about?

• Who: existing Revolut Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, France and Ireland (together, the Eligible Markets).
• What: the opportunity to be entered into 10 daily prize draw(s)(the Prize Draws)) for a chance to win one of 10 prizes (each a Prize).
• When: the promotion will run between 16 December 2025 (08:00 UTC) and 26 December 2025 (23:59 UTC) (the Promotion Period).

These terms and conditions (the Promotion Terms) set out the rules that apply to the promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms, the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account, and (where applicable) the RevPoints, Paid Plan Terms and Fees pages at all times when participating in the promotion.

Eligibility Criteria

To be an Eligible Participant you must:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• be at least 18 years old; and
• be a Revolut Personal customer with no restrictions on your account.

How to enter the Prize Draws

There are 10 separate daily Prize Draws, you must complete the following Required Steps for each draw you wish to enter:

• Follow @revolut on Instagram (if you haven’t already);
• Like the specific Instagram post dedicated to that day’s Prize (the Eligible Post); and
• Comment on the Eligible Post using the prescribed wording as indicated in the caption of the post.

You can complete the Required Steps for any daily Prize at any point during the Promotion Period.

How will the Prize Draws be run?

• Draw Schedule: the 10 Prize Draws will be run in order, from Prize 1 to Prize 10 (see table below for more details).
• Winner Selection: for each daily Prize Draw, Revolut will include all Eligible Participants who have completed the Required Steps for that particular Prize Draw during the Promotion Period and randomly select the winner(s) for that day’s Prize.
• One-Win Limit: there is no limit to how many daily Prize Draws you can enter. However, an individual Eligible Participant can only win one Prize throughout the entire promotion. If you win a Prize, your name will be removed from any subsequent Prize Draws.

Prize Details

How is the winner notified?

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official @revolut account between 5 January 2026 and 9 January 2026. The message will ask you to provide your Revolut username (your RevTag).

You will have 48 hours from the time we initially reach out to you to accept the Prize. If you do not respond within this time, or if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if we realise you are no longer eligible to receive the Prize after we have contacted you, we will be unable to give you the Prize and we will randomly select another winner.

How do I receive the Prize?

Once you provide us with your RevTag, the Prize will be sent by Revolut, or our partners, to your email address or home delivery address (as applicable). We will use the address you have registered on your Revolut Personal account, so please make sure your address is up-to-date in the Revolut app before entering the promotion. If you are the winner of Prize 4 (RevPoints) these will be credited to your Revolut account, subject to you having activated RevPoints in your Revolut App.

It is not possible to exchange, transfer or pay out any of the Prizes in cash. Any costs incurred for shipping the Prizes will be borne by Revolut or our partners.

In relation to Prizes which require physical delivery:

• Revolut is not liable for, and will not replace, any Prize that is lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by you, or Prizes that are damaged during transport delivery; and
• any replacement Prizes will be subject to availability and will strictly only be provided in the event of a processing error by Revolut.

For the Ultra Plan Free Trial (Prize 8):

If you win the Ultra Plan Free Trial, you will need to respond to the direct message notifying you that you are the winner within 14 business days of receipt.

After doing this, our Social Media Support team will be in touch via Direct Message to activate your Ultra Plan Free Trial.

If you do not respond to the message notifying you that you are the winner within the required timeframe, you will lose your Ultra Plan Free Trial and will not be entitled to compensation.

The Ultra Plan Free Trial will start on the day that you upgrade your account and will last for one year from that date (the Ultra Plan Free Trial Period).

Just so you know, the Paid Plan Terms and Fees pages will apply to you during your Ultra Plan Free Trial. We will not charge you the subscription fee during the Ultra Plan Free Trial Period. On the expiry of the Ultra Plan Free Trial, normal cancellation and billing rules will apply and we’ll start taking payments for your subscription either monthly or yearly depending on what you agreed to when you signed up for the Ultra Plan Free Trial.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the Ultra Plan Free Trial without any fees or charges being applied throughout the Ultra Plan Free Trial Period, after which normal cancellation rules will apply. Depending on the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account, this could mean that normal fees for downgrading your Paid Plan subscription will apply or that you are bound by a minimum term during which you cannot downgrade (see sections 11 and 12 of the Paid Plan Terms for more information).

Termination of your account is subject to the rules set out in the Personal Terms and the Paid Plan Terms.

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control and that may make it impossible for us to offer any of the Prizes. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

2. If we need to change, suspend or end the promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the promotion was announced. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the promotion, except if the change, suspension or end of the promotion is due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control and that may make it impossible for us to offer any of the Prizes.

3. If your comment on an Eligible Post is abusive, offensive or damaging, you will not be eligible for this promotion.

4. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram).

5. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

6. We may decide not to grant you the Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to send it to you:

• we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant;
• your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

7. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to our partners. You must contact them directly in relation to any questions or concerns about their service.

8. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you understand that any Prize may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are a tax resident. It is entirely your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any Prize. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any Prize as part of this promotion.

9. Employees, directors, agents, contractors and any affiliates of any Revolut group of entities are not eligible for this promotion.

10. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. See our Customer Privacy Notice for more details on how we handle personal data. If you win a Prize with one of our partners, they will also process your personal data in compliance with their privacy policies:

• Formula 1 Privacy Policy;
• Manchester City Privacy Policy; and
• Sziget Festival Privacy Policy.

These Terms are published in English and may be translated to other languages. Please refer to the table below to find out which language applies and is legally binding, depending on the entity that provides your Revolut Personal account.

This promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, prevailing languages, the relevant laws and the courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this promotion.
