What is this Promotion about?
- Who: selected existing Revolut Personal customers on a Standard Plan in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Germany (Markets).
- What: the opportunity to order your first card with no delivery fee for standard delivery (Free Card Delivery Offer).
- When: the promotion will run between 16 March 2026 (00:00 UTC) and 29 March 2026 (23:59 UTC) (the Promotion Period).
These terms and conditions along with the promotion communication inviting you to participate set out how this promotion works. You must comply with them and the terms of your Revolut Personal account to participate in this promotion.
Required Steps
To be eligible for the Free Card Delivery Offer you must:
- have been successfully onboarded as a Revolut customer (this means you must have passed our Know Your Customer checks and have no restrictions on your account);
- have received a notification inviting you to participate via email, SMS, in-app message or a push notification (the Promotion Communication)
- have a residential address in a Market;
- be at least 18 years old; and
- not have or have previously ordered a physical Revolut card.
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you will have one week from the date you receive the Promotion Communication to claim your Free Card Delivery Offer. You can either:
- follow the steps in the Promotion Communication; or
- follow the normal card ordering process in our App. If you are eligible, the Free Card Delivery Offer will automatically be available to you.

Promotion abuse or misuse | We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if there are reasonable grounds to determine it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. Changes or early end | If that happens, we’ll tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push, in-app). Where possible, we will give notice through the app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it. |
Serious abuse | If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these terms, or we believe you’ve participated fraudulently, we may take other action at our discretion. |
Account closed or restricted | To receive the Free Card Delivery Offer, you must have a Revolut Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you order the card with the Free Card Delivery Offer. |
Data & Privacy | We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Account. |
Language | The terms are published in English and may be translated to other languages. Please refer to the table below to find out which language applies and is legally binding, depending on the entity that provides your personal account. |

If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them.
