What is this promotion about?
Revolut is offering its prospective new Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x Manchester City March 4th Cash Prize Giveaway (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion allows Eligible Participants who complete the Required Steps to:
- receive 20 GBP (the “New Customer Offer”); and/or
- be entered into a “Prize Draw” for a chance to win 5,000 GBP (together, the “Prize”).
To take part in this Promotion, you must complete the Required Steps set out below between 4 March 2026 (00:00 GMT) and 11 March 2026 (23:59 GMT) (the “Promotion Period”).
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must:
- have a residential address in the United Kingdom;
- not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
- be at least 18 years of age.
What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?
Eligible Participants must complete the following "Required Steps" to take part in this Promotion:
- Scan the QR code on our promotional materials (leaflets, placards, and the jumbo screen) at the Etihad during the Manchester City vs Nottingham Forest match on 4 March 2026;
- Using the unique link, open a Revolut Personal account, completing our Know Your Customer (KYC) checks before the end of the Promotion Period; and
- Complete a genuine card transaction of at least 0.01 GBP. Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be genuine). If you are an Eligible Participant and complete steps 1 and 2, but do not complete this step, you will still be eligible for the Prize Draw.
We will credit the New Customer Offer to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days of the required card payment being successfully completed.
How do I enter the Prize Draw?
At the end of the Promotion Period for the Prize, we will include all Eligible Participants who have completed steps 1 and 2 of the Required Steps listed above in a Prize Draw, and we will randomly select one winner.
If you are the winner, we will notify you via email (to the email address registered to your Personal account).
The 5,000 GBP Prize will be credited to the winner’s Revolut Personal account within30 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
What other legal information should I know?
- We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier before the end of the Promotion Period if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer the New Customer Offer or Prize with the Manchester City or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will give you notice through the Revolut App and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
- We may decide not to grant you the New Customer Offer or Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to send you the tickets: (a) we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant because your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted; (b) you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or (c) you breach these Promotion Terms or the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
- If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, we may not award you or may reverse the New Customer Offer or Prize (we will consider the reversal to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you) if any of the following applies: (a) the relevant card payment was unsuccessful and/or was cancelled or reverted; (b) your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted; (c) you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or (d) you breach these Promotion Terms or the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
- Employees of Revolut or of the Manchester City’s event, including affiliates, agents, immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.
- If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice.
This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Ltd with a registered address at 30 South Colonnade, London, United Kingdom, E14 5HX. To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
