Revolut - Como Promotion

What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering new and existing Personal customers residing in Italy or the United Kingdom, ( the “Eligible Markets”), the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw for a chance to receive a VIP trip package for the football game Como vs. Juventus on the 19th October 2025 (the “Reward"), by using the unique link provided by Como 1907 S.r.l. (the “Partner”). The Reward consists of a VIP trip package for 2 people worth approximately €2500, which includes:

  • Accommodation for one night in Como, Italy in a 4-star hotel;
  • Boat trip on Lake Como (weather permitting), and a traditional lunch or dinner; and
  • VIP tickets for the game, which includes a walk about and warm up experience, premium seats and hospitality; and
  • Transportation (flight or train from the city where the winner is based to Como)


Revolut is also offering new Personal customers in Eligible Markets the opportunity to receive €20 (or currency equivalent) when they sign up to Revolut, as a “Welcome Offer”.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.


The following Promotion periods apply:

  • Reward Promotion Period: to be eligible for the Reward, you must meet the Eligibility Criteria and complete the Required Steps between 18 September 2025 09:00 (UTC) and 30 September 2025 23:59 (UTC).
  • Welcome Offer Promotion Period: to be eligible for the Welcome Offer, you must meet the Eligibility Criteria and complete the Required Steps between 18 September 2025 09:00 (UTC) and 31 December 2025 23:59 (UTC).


Who is eligible for the Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for the Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

  • have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
  • be at least 18 years of age;
  • if you are a new Personal customer, not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut Group entity;
  • if you are an existing Personal customer, have an active Personal account without restrictions; and
  • complete the relevant Required Steps listed below.


Required Steps:

If you are a new Revolut customer, you must complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

  1. Click on the unique link provided by the Partner and add your phone number on the landing page (see below links to the landing pages for each Eligible Market). Once you have provided your phone number, you will be directed to the Revolut app sign-up flow for a Revolut Personal account (please ensure that the phone number provided matches the one to be used for Revolut registration);
  2. Successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link. You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up for a Revolut account in any other way, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion;
  3. Top up your newly opened Revolut Personal account with any amount;
  4. Get a virtual or physical Revolut card for your new Revolut Personal account and use it for at least one genuine card transaction. Genuine card transactions are genuine purchases made using your Revolut card (for example, transactions to other payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets don’t count as genuine).


To be eligible for the Welcome Offer, you will need to complete all of the Required Steps listed above before the end of the Welcome Offer Promotion Period. To be eligible for the Reward, you only need to complete steps 1, 2 and 3 above before the end of the Reward Promotion Period.


If you are an existing Revolut customer, you must complete the following “Required Step” before the end of the Reward Promotion Period:

  • Click on the unique link provided by the Partner and add your phone number on the landing page (please ensure that the phone number provided matches the one used for your Revolut account).


How do I get my Welcome Offer?

If you are a new Revolut Personal customer, the Welcome Offer will be credited to your Revolut Personal account within 3 business days from the completion of your first genuine purchase.


How do I get the Reward?

On 1 October 2025, we will include all Eligible Participants in the Reward draw and will randomly select one winner.

The winner will receive an email notification with instructions on how to accept the Reward. Once the winner accepts, the Partner will send a trip booking confirmation by email.

The winner will have 48 hours from the time we initially reach out to them to accept the Reward. If no response is received within this time, or if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if we realise the winner is no longer eligible to receive the Reward after we have contacted them, we will be unable to give them the Reward and we will randomly select another winner.

Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are binding and final.

The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other type of compensation. You must accept the Reward as is if you win.


What other legal information should I know?

  1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or Promotion-wide basis.
  2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice through email, push notification, an in-app Inbox message or a notification on the home screen tile. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
  3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control, which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
  4. We reserve the right to reverse the Reward or the Welcome Bonus awarded to you if the payment that earned you the Welcome Bonus is refunded to you, you earned the Reward or Welcome Bonus fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Reward or Welcome Bonus, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms when or before the Reward or Welcome Bonus was awarded to you. We will consider the reversal of the Reward or Welcome Bonus to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you.
  5. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to give you the Reward or Welcome Bonus, you will lose your entitlement to the Reward or Welcome Bonus.
  6. Employees, directors, agents, contractors and any affiliates of any Revolut group of entities are not eligible for this Promotion.
  7. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with this entity. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, prevailing language and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
