On-site Revolut x NBA - Cards Promotion Terms

What is this Promotion about?

What: receive an unlinked Revolut x NBA co-branded ball debit card if you’re a new Revolut Personal customer, or an unlinked Revolut standard debit card (magenta coloured) if you’re an existing Revolut Personal customer (the Card).
Where: this promotion will take place in the following NBA events:

a. Revolut Space Activation – Berlin Game – 15 January 2026, Uber Arena, Berlin,

b. NBA London House – 16 & 17 January 2026, Magazine (next to O2 Arena), London, or

c. Revolut Space Activation – London Game – 18 January 2026, O2 Arena, London.

Who: new and existing Revolut Personal customers residing in Germany or the United Kingdom (the Markets).
When: the promotion will run between 15 January 2026 (00:00 UTC) and 18 January 2026 (23:59 UTC) (the Promotion Period).

These terms set out how this promotion works. You must comply with them and the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account to participate in this promotion.

To participate in this promotion, you must complete the required steps below before the end of the Promotion Period.

Eligibility and required steps

For new Revolut Personal customers

To be considered eligible for this promotion, you must:

have a residential address in a Market;
not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity;
be at least 18 years old; and
have a ticket to one of the NBA events listed above

The required steps are:

Scan the QR code for the promotion. Visit us at the Revolut activation zone at any of the three events mentioned above. This QR code will be available on-site, through different touchpoints.
Successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the promotion QR code and start our Know Your Customer checks. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our App, you won’t be eligible to participate in this promotion.

For existing Revolut Personal customers

To be considered eligible for this promotion, you must:

have an active Revolut Personal account,
be at least 18 years old;
have a residential address in a Market; and
have a ticket to one of the NBA events listed above.

The required step is to approach one of our Brand Ambassadors at the event, show interest in getting a Card and provide them with your Revtag.

When do I get my Card?

You will receive the Card on-site after completing the required steps. These cards will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

If you’re a new Revolut Personal customer, depending on the event you’re attending, the following number of Revolut x NBA co-branded ball unlinked debit cards will be made available:

If you are an existing Revolut Personal customer, depending on the event you’re attending, the following number of unlinked Revolut standard cards (magenta coloured) will be made available:

Disclaimer: The Card is inactive by default. To activate it, you must link it to your Revolut Personal account after completing the required steps.

Promotion abuse or misuse	We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if we believe that it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We will not be liable for any loss if we do so, unless we act with fault or gross negligence. Any issues? Contact Support in the Revolut app.
Changes or early end	If that happens, we’ll tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push, in-app). Where possible, we will give notice through the app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it.
Fraud or rule-breaking	If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these terms, or participate fraudulently, we may decide not to grant you the Co-branded Card. By proceeding, you authorise in advance any decision.
Account closed or restricted	To receive the Co-branded Card, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Co-branded Card.
Taxes	It is your responsibility to pay any tax that might apply. Revolut is not responsible for your tax obligations related to this promotion.
Data & Privacy	We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account.
Language	The terms and conditions are published in English and may be translated to other languages. Please refer to the table below to find out which language applies and is legally binding, depending on the entity that provides your personal account.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with this entity. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, prevailing language and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
