NBA Store 15% Discount Promotion

What is this Promotion about?

What: As part of the Revolut X NBA promotion, the NBA is offering existing Revolut customers the chance to receive a 15% discount on the NBA store (the Offer).
Who: Existing Revolut Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain (the Market(s)).
When: The promotion will be run between the 27 January 2026 (00:00 UTC) and 30 September 2026 (23:59 UTC) (the Promotion Period).

These terms and conditions (the Promotion Terms) set out the rules that apply to the promotion, you must comply with these Promotion Terms, the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account and the RevPoints Terms at all times when participating in this promotion.

Eligibility and required steps

To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

have a registered address in a Market;
be an existing Revolut Personal customer with an active, unrestricted account;
be at least 18 years old; and
have signed up to RevPoints in the Revolut App.

If you sign up to RevPoints during the Promotion Period you will still be able to participate in the promotion.

To access, you must:

Go to the RevPoints section of the Revolut app and find the NBA Store inside Shops.
Select the NBA store and select “Copy code and redeem” to receive the Offer.
Visit the NBA store and enter your promotion code at the checkout to receive the Offer on your order.

You do not need to redeem any RevPoints to receive the Offer.

The Offer can only be redeemed and used on one order from the NBA store and cannot be combined with any other discounts and promotions.

Promotion abuse or misuse	We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if there are reasonable grounds to believe that it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We will not be liable for any loss if we do so. Any issues? Contact Support in the Revolut app.
Changes or early end	If that happens, we will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless the promotion is suspended or ends because of reasonably unforeseen circumstances outside of our control which make it impossible to run.
Account closed or restricted	To receive the Offer, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Offer.
Taxes	You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Offer. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the promotion.
Data & Privacy	We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account. The NBA may also collect personal data or send marketing to you in connection with this promotion. See the NBA's privacy policy for more details about how they will handle your personal data and contact them to manage your marketing preferences.
Third Party Disclaimer	NBA in these promotion terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the NBA). By participating in this promotion you agree with the NBA Store T&Cs.
Language	The terms are published in English and may be translated to other languages. Please refer to the table below to find out which language applies and is legally binding, depending on the entity that provides your personal account.

This promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, the prevailing language and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this promotion.
