- The time it takes for your money transfer to arrive can vary depending on the destination country and the currency you use, but here are some tips to help you speed up your transfer.
- Always double-check your recipient's account details before you send. Incorrect information can cause delays.
- Choose the fastest transfer method. Transfers to other Revolut friends are instant, so they're a good choice if you want to send money immediately. Card transfers and SEPA Instant bank transfers generally arrive in seconds too. You'll see the estimated arrival time in-app before you send.
- When you send a bank transfer with Revolut, external banks may occasionally experience delays we can't foresee. The recipient's bank might not process your transfer during weekends or bank holidays. In these cases, your transfer may appear as pending a bit longer than expected. Keep this in mind and choose a different transfer option if you need your money to arrive fast.
- Standard bank transfers can take anywhere between 1 to 5 working days to arrive. The exact timeframe depends on the country you're sending from, the destination, and the currency.
- Many international bank transfers, like SWIFT transfers, take 3 to 5 working days.
- If you're sending euros to a bank account in the SEPA region from the UK, your transfer will usually be processed as a standard SEPA transfer. These types of transfers generally arrive within 2 working days.
- Local bank transfers in British pounds to bank accounts in the UK often arrive the same day.
- Just go to the Revolut app and tap on the transfer in your history to track the status. We'll estimate the arrival time and show you where your money is every step of the way.
- Depending on the transfer method you choose, you may also pay a small transfer fee. This is the amount we charge to process your transfer.

You won't pay any bank transfer fees when you send euros within the SEPA region. If you're sending somewhere else, you'll see a small transfer fee calculated in real-time before you send. You'll get discounts on these fees with our Premium, Metal, and Ultra plans. External banks may charge non-Revolut transfer fees that we can't foresee.
