Are there any fees for trading?

Commission-free trades are included within your monthly allowance (varies by plan). Trades outside the allowance are charged at 0.25% of the order amount. Other fees — like FX — may apply. Capital at risk.

How much do I need to start investing?

You can start with as little as £1. Our platform supports fractional shares, so you can own a slice of expensive stocks without needing to buy a full share. No minimum balance, no maximum.

Is my money safe?

Your investments are held with top-tier custodians and are separate from our own assets. Unlike bank deposits, investments are not protected by the FSCS — their value can go up or down, and you may get back less than you invested.

Can I sell my investments anytime?

Yes — you can sell any asset during market hours. Stock and ETF trades settle on the standard T+2 settlement cycle. Crypto can be traded 24/7 and settled instantly.

Do you pay dividends?

Yes — if the stocks or ETFs you own pay dividends, they'll be credited to your account automatically on the payment date. You can choose to reinvest them or withdraw them.

Can I set up a Stocks & Shares ISA?

Yes — you can open a Stocks & Shares ISA with us (subject to eligibility). ISAs let you invest up to £20,000 per tax year without paying UK tax on returns. Terms and eligibility apply.
